I own a business and would never imagine myself treating my customers they way they treated me today! I was late on a payment and finally got my personal phone back because it was stolen along with all my bank cards. I answer the phone ready to pay and the GM tells me that my account is closed and he isn’t going back and forth with me! I was ready to pay but because of the disrespect from him and his staff I refuse! I told them to come pick it up! In front of other customers you think it’s ok so say your always late and have an attitude!! Especially when I am being nice and professional. I honestly wanted the remaining amount because I have been dealing with Aaron’s for 2 years now! I’ve paid off countless items with RAC and I’ve been late numerous times as well if we want to be honest but they have never ever been disrespectful!! No company I have ever dealt with has been disrespectful not even Rent! We are human beings regardless if we are late on a payment no one should make you feel like your less of a person especially over $147?!? Alex, Jose and the GM are mean, ignorant a**holes who obviously hate their job and life! I beg you not to do business with Aaron’s especially not in this location. I’ll be sure to tell all my customers as well and I’ll post this on all social media platforms. You could’ve simple talked nice...especially when I was being nice! Is because I’m a woman that you think it’s ok to raise your voice and get disrespectful?!? Crazy part is I was still nice. I’d rather vent to people who will listen. So once again trust these reviews people!! I’m not the only 1 saying this. I should’ve trusted the reviews before I dealt with them.
