I would like to say the food speaks for itself, this was my 3rd visit to this particular location. I usually visit the other location. Upper management is ON it, GREAT GREAT GREAT food but what’s great food if you don’t get the experience as a whole. Bad customer service is extremely detrimental to a business, especially the food industry. My experience with upper management was exemplary. The store manager was super professional and courteous as well as another young lady that assisted me. They were swift in resolving a concern I had, which was easily fixable. I will definitely be coming back, CUSTOMER for life! When you treat customers like they’re valued the loyalty is solid! Small things count..My son recommended this restaurant to myself and my husband a couple years ago and we’ve never been disappointed, the food is consistently on point. If you’re looking for a great meal this is the place to eat. Great prices as well as great portions. The red velvet cake is ALWAYS on point! We need more small businesses like this to support our communities, it keeps the culture going as well as provides jobs in our neighborhoods. I want to show my appreciation to this business for displaying such genuine professionalism.
