I LOVE THIS PLACE! I can't remember which rapper owns this chain but they did an amazing job. My first time in MIA and this restaurant is right next to my college. It had a unique feel the moment you walk in and you wouldnt expect it to have some many options much less real cutlery. I thought it was a fast food joint but I was pleasantly surprised. I spent forever choosing between the Fried Lobster meal i wanted and the Chicken with Red Velvet Waffles. Since we are coming back in a month you see which option won...this time. The quality surprised me! So good from the presentation to the taste. The Mystery Drink. Damn you the Mystery drink had me stuck. I tried both the regular and the Dirty version (alcoholic) and they both taste so good i brought one of each to go. They are lucky i didnt find out about the daiquiri until i was heading out. No complaints. It will be my first stop when I touch back down.

This was my first and last experience! I got the chicken Alfredo and added steak and my boyfriend got the baked chicken w/Mac and corn. We also got the chicken rolls and chicken tenders. It literally took 45 minutes for our order. There were other customers that had been waiting before we even got there complaining about the wait and quality of the food. So our food finally came out by this time we were in a rush so glanced at the food to ensure it was correct. When we left we tasted the appetizers and they were cold! Not warm, not hot, but cold! My Alfredo was dry they definitely didn't out enough Alfredo sauce on it and the meat was tough. My boyfriend liked he chicken but his sides were cold. The cashier said their steak only comes one way (you can't order to your liking) it tasted more like meatloaf than steak. The only good thing about the experience was the mystery drink. Even the cashier had a bad attitude when we were looking at the menu she kept rushing us and the people complaining she just rolled her eyes and got her manager. Had I known our food was like that I would've spoken to the manager as well.

IN MY OPINION!!!.. Its not whats its cracked up to be or i just went worst time. I arrived in Miami at 3:45 but after spending 2.5 hours at the car rental place. I was famished and looking for food. A travel group suggested this is one of the best places in town to eat. So I went. Arrive at about 6:30 Waited 2 hours for my food. Didnt get it til around 8:45. Yes, it was packed and it was mother's day night. Fortunately I got my food right as it came out of the kitchen and it was still luke warm. They ran out of what I wanted so i had to settle for what they had. I wanted Grilled chicken, pigeon peas and rice, and collard greens. I got grilled chicken veggie rice, mac n cheeze, and green beens. The green beans where the only hot thing served. The chicken was room temp and dried and the mac n cheeze n rice was also room temp. I was NOT at all moved by what i received. The service was ok and the people are respectful but to go here again... I would have to go during the week, before a meal rush so I get what I want and get it hot!

This place was HORRIBLE!!.. The staff was rude and unprofessional.. The “door man” sat us down “party of 4” and placed the scan code to look at the menu and said “Scan this” and walked away. There was less then 5 people in the restaurant we when sat down. Waited for maybe 10 mins before our waiter came .. They do not offer free water you have to pay $2.50 for a 16.5 OZ water bottle that taste like TAP water.. Their myster drink is pretty much a diabetic drink NOT worth $6.00.. The food time span was CRAZY! We ordered at 6:30 we waited an whole hour. Groups who sat after us received their food before us- we had to ask another waiter the time we would get our food.. The amount of OIL in the pasta was throw up worthy! I had a handful of napkins just to drain the oil out. .. There is an 18% charger on all dine-in orders!.. Child our waiter never came to check on us or see if we needed anything. The restaurant is SMALL and LOUD! The music they play def not a family restaurant..

We had: Baked Chicken Dinner with Collard Greens, Mac & Cheese, and Candied Yams. The Lobster Bites and Fries. The Wings (plain) and Seafood Rice. And the Mystery drink. The best part of our meal was the plain fried wings. They were delicious!!! The sides weren’t that great. The Mac was pretty dry. The Collard greens weren’t seasoned well. The yams weren’t that sweet. They tasted more like vanilla flavoring than anything. Everything was room temp/ cold when it was brought out. The baked chicken and lobster bites were both pretty good. The seafood rice had 1 shrimp in it and a few chunks of imitation crab meat. It wasn’t that good. I wouldn’t suggest the rice. When arriving, a lot of people who were doing takeout stated they had been waiting for an hour or two. But we decided to dine in to see how long the wait would be. We sat down an ordered within 20 minutes. We only waited about 25 minutes for our food after ordering.

My 5 stars is for the food! This place did not disappoint! My server was very nice but there was this one hostess lady who was not and definitely had an attitude she barely wanted to seat us, not sure why, maybe cause we were a large group I don't know, anywho. I went to several restaurants in Miami even south beach Miami and was disappointed! I Googled this place and decided to go. I ordered their velvet chicken and waffles and it was delicious! Also ordered fried broccoli which was my 1st time trying and it was THE BEST! Tried their greens which I was disappointed from a different restaurant the day before who greens I tried... anywho even their greens were amazing! I ordered a slice of red velvet cake, it was moist and on point! This place did not disappoint! Also I went on a Saturday around 3pm... there was no line at all and the place was not packed.
