So, I went through the drive thru here yesterday 12/18/2021, and this was my first time experiencing unprofessional and rude service from this location. I have been coming to this location since back in the late 80’s and the location used to pride themselves on customer service. The owner, Juan and another sister were very nice and always treated customers with respect. Fast forward to yesterday, the girl at the pick-up window argued back and forth with me, so I simply told her just to give me my food and I would call the Juan. I called him to not only let him know about the customer service I received, but also, I did not receive the two juices I ordered with the kid’s meal. After speaking with him I felt like a licensed professional therapist. Sigh, he went on to say that everyone is stressed in these times (I am thinking yes me too, but I am supporting your business with my hard earned money), and he stated “I do not want to make excuses”, he also said that he was thinking about closing the location because of staff shortages(I am thinking ok and I am supporting your business with my hard earned money), he again said “but I do not want to make excuses”, and then he stated that “I am short staffed and staff is stressed” he again said “but I do not want to make excuses. (Once again, I am thinking ok, and I am supporting your business with my hard-earned money) I’m thinking dude, all you are doing is making excuses, not once did you apologize for the unprofessional behavior of your staff, nor for my not receiving the juice that I ordered and paid for. Additionally, he did not offer a solution as to how to rectify my not receiving items that I paid for. He went on to ask about how the person looked that was rude. I simply hung up before I said something that was not very nice. I can say that I should have known something was different because only one staff member of many staff at this location that I have known on first name basis for years I no longer see at the location, and every time I go there, I see different staff – there was never such a turnover rate at this location. I can say that even though I can walk to this location from my home. I will NEVER EVER go back to this location again. Chick-fil-a is close to my home now, so I will take my $$ elsewhere. This one star is for 1 individual. I am not sure what her name is but her name tag says Juan's daughter... She is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to hold the high standards of this amazing location..
This is the first time I've experienced such a thing and I feel like she needs to be retrained before you guys get anymore complaints
When I pulled up to the window to place my order she spoke so fast that I did not understand what she was saying. I had to ask her to repeat her to repeat herself...
Her response was what you want? This is not how you speak to people
When I got to the window to pay, im speaking to her but she's ignoring me. Instead shes talking to her Co worker. Then finally spoke to me... but speaking to both of us at the same time When the conversation with her Co worker is not even work related...
I told her I want to pay 10 cash and the rest on a card She said okay...
She went back to speak to her Co worker then said her Co worker said no (this has never been an issue)
When she passed me my drink, I can tell the drink had been sitting there for a while because there was no ice. Or maybe she just forgot to add ice...
I kindly asked her for ice. She's arguing with me telling me that there's ice in my cup... I had to pour my drink out to prove to her that there wasnt any ice in my cup.
When she finally changed my drink... There was hair all over my cup...
At this point I was like whatever... I'll just throw the drink out

Read moreUsually whenever I come to this Burger King the experience is always warm and welcoming and the service is top notch. But last night on April 24th the service was anything but pleasant. During my drive-thur service I ordered 3 meals which none of them consist of nuggets, however I proceeded to ask for bbq sauces and sweet& sour because that’s what I like on my fries. But when I asked the young lady in the window for sauce she gave one sauce when I asked for two each, so I proceeded to request two more sauces in which she looked up at her order monitor above her head and then told me flat out “No” so I said what do you mean no? She literally turned to get her manager ( Big mama)who was already yelling at one of her employees Telling them that she’s there boss and how she will deal with them etc. once big mama came to the window I would’ve been better off just driving away without my sauces cause she made matters worst for this establishment , once she was at the window she too told me that I couldn’t have the sauces unless I paid for it in which I said not a problem once I paid and she gave them to me but it’s the comment she made as I was leaving the window. She stated to the young girl that she HATES when customers want sauces when they’re not ordering nuggets and how it pisses her off!!!
