Touchdown in Miami and the first place I went was here. Spent $43 and unfortunately, didn’t have the best experience here. Music is set too loud so the person didn’t hear me when I made my order. Placed and received my order and she said, let me know if there are any issues. Told her the flavor for the wings and it came out wrong, so naturally I brought it back. The people up front became argumentative referring back to the screen. I will say that when I read it, I thought it was correct. I’ll take fault in that regard. After to what it looked like to be a standoff, I took my food and let it alone. They clearly were not going to remake it. They offered sauce, but that doesn’t do much. The person I was with ordered the right set of wings but by that time, I wasn’t even hungry anymore. Ruined the whole experience for me.
The only positive I have for this place is that the ambience was nice.
Words of advice to the business:
I’m all about supporting small businesses. I love it and I do it each time I travel from state to state. I would work on the customer service. Any other place would have exchanged it. Mistakes are possible. On both sides. Even the person I was with heard me say what I ordered. Then, the fries were cold. With the no refunds or exchanges policy, I couldn’t even change the fries out.
Words of advice to customers:
Make sure you check that screen and if you have too, write your order on a piece of paper or on your phone and give it to them.
