My mom tried placing an order over the phone and asked if it was the south river location which the lady responded with “La watcha” which has no meaning to us so we asked if it was in south river again and if they would be able to deliver to our location, which we provided. The woman agreed to take our order and somehow came up with a bill of $85 but the order should’ve been $45 max with the prices listed on their website. After waiting for our order for a while we called asking where they were and they were at the wrong address in Plainfield with the wrong food because the woman tried confirming our order and got half of it wrong. My mom told them she was going to cancel the order bc it had already taken over an hour to which the lady responded with that they wouldn’t take our order ever again, which is honestly no problem at all since we won’t be ordering from them again due to their horrible communication skills and...

I will NEVER go to this place again. I called in an order, which was listed as $10 on their online menu. When I got to the restaurant to pay for my order, it rang up as $14. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and asked to speak to the manager. When I explained the situation to the manager, encouraged him to immediately change the price, and asked him if he could honor the price online, he said no. I’ve been told him that I would not be able to take the food, and he easily said “Ok.” He did not apologize for the error, nor did he attempt to rectify the matter by honoring the $10 price on the online menu, which to me, would have been GREAT customer service. I came in hungry with my family of 8 and everywhere there are hassles to get us out but here I felt welcomed and very well attended. The place was clean and tables were set to our accommodations, bathroom smelled amazing not like those nasty public bathrooms.. Let me Get to the best Part which is the food.. I ordered a traditional Honduran plater called “pollos con tajadas” and let me tell you I liked the plate clean. The chicken was juicy tender and flavorful, the tajadas were cooked perfectly and crispy, the curtido on the side was amazing, you could just devour it by itself. The wings were Good, the drinks were perfect especially the Pineapple refreshment.. all this was maybe because I was hungry but this is a 10/10...
