Do The Happy Bounce — Local services in North Port

The front desk lady is absolutely TERRIBLE she started yelling at me over the phone because I called and said the workers took my hose, and they did! they didn’t mean to but they did and they claimed oh we always mark our hoses, we didn’t take your hose. THE FRONT DESK LADY claimed she was the owner and that I couldn’t speak with someone else who had better professionalism. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO WITH SUCH DISRESPECT BY A BUISNESS !!!

They did refund me the hose, but it was the way she yelled at me and demanded I was wrong, more than it was the hose. I won’t be renting from them again just because of the way she handled a customer calling claiming their hose was missing. For anyone else renting, make sure they hook the Velcro up on the slide all the way or it will close up on you like a taco from all the gathering of water underneath the Velcro. Very dangerous. Besides that just make sure they use their own ext cord and hoses.

THEY CLAIM THEY MARK THEIRS WITH ZIP TIES, so make sure you mark your hose with something better than that so they can’t claim it’s theirs.

Maybe the company should write down in that long contract that have whether or not they supplied a hose and show the customer that part as well, but they don’t because they get away with a lot of free costs of hoses that way. There little 5 ft hose to the top of the water slide had holes in it so I guess they needed a new one and don’t have time to go buy their own...

I have used them on two occasions. I got it for the 31st of January, last minute. When I say last minute I mean less than 24hrs. Gave me a great price for two day's including tables & chairs. The equipment was in great condition and clean. Customer service was great. It was easier then I thought to rent a bounce house & chairs last minute. When they came to setup they provided everything. This is a family operated business. They truly care about the community. They hold free events several times a year at no cost to the public. They donate/deeply discount bounce houses and water slides to the school they attended this past year. The owner/family is highly involved in the community despite a personal lose they suffered 10+ years ago They still give and care for this community. Thank you Do The Happy Bounce Family for all that you do....

I’ve used Do the Happy bounce now for 2 years for my sons birthday parties and I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences with them! They have always brought the bounce house in plenty of time prior to the party and set everything up so quickly for us! This year they made sure to sanitize the bounce house once it was set up so it was clean and ready to go prior to the kids coming over to play! I was so thankful for that! They came the next day and took it down in the evening so my son was extra thankful to have it a little while longer to play in. I was nervous we wouldn’t get one this year due to his party falling on Halloween, but they act that quite a few left to choose from! We will continue to support them and we highly recommend them for all your bounce...
