I am a relatively new patient having retired last year. I knew I wanted to come to North Ridgeville Family Dentistry as I neared retirement having been to one of Dr. Gupta’s talks. Dynamic! That is what got me here! I would be losing my full time jobs dental plan which wouldn’t have worked at this office anyhow. Came to find out Delta Dental was available to me not just thru the office but thru an institution I am affiliated with ..the VA and that was great! My hygienist Jacqueline is thorough and gets it that I keep booking my appointments of 3 months each visit so I stay scheduled a year out. I requested 4 cleanings a year as I find it better maintenance for my teeth and gums.Thank you Jacqueline! My last consult with a Doctor she clarified in a good way the results if I keep delaying getting a crown.. decay. I got it! It is an adjustment for me to go from one dental 🦷 plan to another. The front desk Christie made me a treatment proposal two sessions ago after the Doctor spoke with me about the crown. I also am in line for an implant. Christie confirmed it this past visit so I am initiating the first part of my treatment this coming week which is the crown. I am happily adjusting to how the dental office works and feel like I am finally settling in. Thank you! Mary Ellen

🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷 It is now a few years after the above post and I have started the implant procedure for a tooth I chose to get extracted rather than recapped. It had a root canal in it and personally I wanted that out. I wanted to pay for it completely before doing the process . As I said above I am retired and wanted to work my financing of the procedure this way. I did not want to carry a debt into doing the procedure. The office worked with me on doing that. It took me a few years to do but was aligned with my finances. It was not in the end pressing I get it done ASAP anyhow so it worked. A few months ago I had that tooth removed. They let me take it home in a tooth fairy envelop. My one complaint is the tooth fairy never came! Maybe I am too old?Today April 22, 2025 I had the post itself put in. Dr. Gupta was great! The dynamic doctor has great bedside manners. He explained what he was doing and did a post evaluation of the post install with an electronic gauge that reflected how it was put in. Maybe it is not quite 2 hours after that procedure and I am not out of the novacaine or whatever he used to numb the area wearing off yet. I do know when he pulled out the tooth a few months back it in my case ended up with no bruising , not a big deal except some restrictions on activities. The post install feels of what I can feel still being somewhat numb to be smoother than that. In August we proceed to the next step. Will hopefully be able to figure out how to get back in this continued editorial review of my experiences at North Ridgeville Family Dentistry. Thank you! Mary Ellen

J????????????? , her name is long and unusual the assistant during the procedure and setting up, taking scans of my jaw before then CT scan after and the desk crew made...

5 stars across the board. The experience starts with the staff, genuine, caring staff, who make it a point to get to know you and your family (because you’re going to refer them after becoming a lifer!), what a difference in atmosphere this makes!!! My children were freightened of their experiences at the other rude dentistry we came from.... here, my children go back on their own, kick mom out of the room, relax and don’t have a complaint at all (shocking for kids without screens in their face!). I could not believe it. The staff here are so very kind, they feel like life long friends, even though dad randomly found them online! I was blown away at their attention to detail, the way they remember conversations from weeks ago, their professionalism while keeping the best bedside manner.... those were some of the traits that brought us back... the technology was impressive to me. To be able to show my children in the most hi-def way that the caring for the back of the teeth is just as important was awesome! The kids got to view as if they had eyes in their mouth and really understood the reason behind brushing, it gave them a visual reminder that mom isn’t just mean, she’s right! My child didn’t understand that buildup gets stuck back there, but after the viewing on the LARGE screen... she finally gets it! After seeing the way they cared for my children as if they were their own, I made the decision to leave the place I’d been at for 10 years myself! I couldn’t be happier that finally dad had found a needle in a haystack! I’m not sure what made him pick this wonderful, smart and talented group of amazing people, but thanks to Amber & (her likely out on maternity leave) sidekick, along with the best Dr. (with a great taste in her thumbs up pandora station and another thumb up from me), I’m so glad he did! They likely don’t even realize the difference they make as it seems so effortless, but not to us! They’ve changed my kids perception, their teachers would be so jealous ;) Moms beyond HAPPY!...
