0 stars if I could. Corporate is next. I’ve never gotten an attitude like I did tonight. Always always problems with this pharmacy. Woman at the drive thru decided to bring up politics which is a huge no no! Treated me like I was white trash and I even said “I’m sorry my frustration should not be directed at you because the pharmacy as a whole is really not doing well. I’m on meds that literally keep me alive. I was told “oh it’s ok you’re no different than any other customer I’ve come into contact with today” she was very rude about it and I will not put up with that. 6 months of trying to speak with this pharmacy and I’ve been treated rude every single time. These employees need to stop making excuses for their behavior. If you want to treat people with such disrespect go work in fast food. Stop telling everyone their meds are on back order. Read moreI would choose 0 stars if it let me....I have been using this branch of CVS since they opened and it was absolutely great until a few years ago. Customer service in the pharmacy deteriorated gradually until I drive 4x as far to go to other branches. Pharmacists and techs are rude and not trained properly. It's funny that I found this page that shows they were lying when they told me I am the only one that has a problem with them. I have complained to the Corporate Office and the District Manager and nothing changes as when I visit the store section I always see the same rude employees working in the pharmacy. It is disgraceful that management lets these employees taint their reputation. I may leave CVS completely if they don't stop using their new policy where you can't call and speak to a live person. Read moreThe new pharmacy staff is unfortunately making me consider changing my pharmacy for my prescriptions. I’ve never felt more disrespected. My last two visits I was treated as if I was a burden to them. I had multiple ladies from my doctors office call me or let me know in person that the employees at the pharmacy called my doctors offices and yelled at / disrespected them so it’s clearly not just me enduring this. I’ve been patronizing this pharmacy for over 10 years and have never had anything less than positive interactions / transactions / help with the staff until now. Serious changes need to be made in the pharmacy staff and or their attitudes if CVS intends to keep patients business. It’s unnecessary and it’s rude.
