Bookends in Florence — Local services in Northampton

I am so thrilled that someone has stepped in to take over running this store, which has been a favorite stop for decades. So many independent bookstores are gone now, and to take this on with they energy and style that the new owner has done is admirable. They’ve made a ton of progress bringing back a place that was long languishing, and are bringing new life to it with things like music, etc. Great selection, and I’ve seen some changes in a place that formerly didn’t have much movement of stock. Such an incredible place to be in and support. Love what the owner and all the people involved are doing. It is wonderful to be able to go into a public space and not have to be so concerned about getting a disease that can kill or disable me and my loved ones.
