Dollar General — Local services in Northern Cambria

The store HAS slowly progressed in looks since they hired a new store manager, I will give it that. However, not only can I agree that the store is unorganized and there is rarely help when you need it right away due to the lack of employees, but I have personally worked here. I have mentioned the following behavior to the district manager but she is a part of this whole thing so obviously nothing was done and I have not gotten any answers to my message. Part of the reason why this store is so awful is because the employees are too busy bad mouthing about each other, primarily the top 3 managers and two cashiers, to do anything else. The two assistant managers stay in the back during their shift half the time and talk bad about every employee including the store manager. This store is awful and if there are any of their fellow employees that do not agree with them on anything they will shut them down. Not only that but they are so busy doing these things that they don’t come and help their fellow employees even when they are called to the front to do so. I have had so much trouble trying to get the two assistant managers to the front to help me with a long line because they were in the back talking or just back on their cellphones. They take their time or they just do not come to help at all. I hope this is seen by someone that will actually do something about this situation. Someone higher than the hypocrite district manager, who I can also say, has a personal problem with me... and let’s that get in the way of her judgement of me and others who are not the top 3 managers. Dollar general as a store is fine but this store is always messy and has the most unfriendly staff of any other store. It's bad. They all hate their job honestly. You will stand waiting to check out for 10 minutes while the only 2 workers just stand in an aisle talking while pretending to stick items but the store is constantly full of the big silver box holders in nearly every aisle making impossible to use a cart in the store. If there's something you really want you have to find a box and open it yourself. They have expired stuff on the shelves that should have have been put in the clearance section but they just put items in the clearance section with no price reduction and when you go to check out they just try to charge...

New to area and also used to do merchandising and I tell you this store is so bad shelves half empty others just tossed not from.customers it looks so bad aisles crowded then front there is only on register available for them to use the other one and self one are cluttered very poorly ran prpb one of the worst dollar stores I've ever seen inside employees seem nice but you ask for something they say they're out because they can't even find it I asked the one day for something they said they're out I looked around and found what I needed tossed through out the shelf definitely need...
