Although the employees were very nice and helped me find my part, I spent almost a half hour trying to return a core from a caliper and knew that was going to happen and I was forced to let it play out.
There's an apparent sign on the cash register that says the core refund will be given back exactly how it was received. No exceptions. So after changing the caliper I went at 9 am, next day, to return the core, and of course I needed the card number, expiration, security code, zip code. So I called the cardholder and asked for the card number and wen back to the counter, guy says okay expiration date, so I recall the cardholder to get the rest of those details, get back to the counter and make the transaction.
