Italian Village Pizza — Restaurant in Northern Cambria

IVP has an item on the menu, after 4:00pm one large pizza with one topping and all the salad and bread sticks you can eat along with one liter of soda. Myself and my wife have order this a number of times, a year or so ago we were told it was coming off the menu and we could not order this menu item. We have since been in there a number of times and it is still on the menu and we have order it every time. A few weeks ago we went for dinner and try to order this item and was told it was for a family of four only. No where on the menu does it state for a family of four only and told we could not order this item. It should be noted we had the same waitress for the last year or so, that serve us this menu item. The last visit a different waitress and we were told no, for a family of four only. The manager agree with her and denied my request to speak with him/her. We walk out. I called because our food was literally left outside in the cold for over an hour. I specifically asked to be called when they get here and never got called. Just dropped our food and left. When I found it, the fries were ice cold so we pitched them and got food elsewhere. When I called and told them I wanted my money back they said they could only do that if someone came and got my food. I told them they could but I’d have to dig it out of the garbage. I could hear the manager of the store in the background making snide comments about why we would have thrown the food away. Clearly a new manager is needed because this one doesn’t know how to be respectful and follow the rule that the customer is right. Maybe if your employees followed directions and you were respectful you wouldn’t have unsatisfied customers. 1/17/25 Food was decent except for the 2 gooey, slimy cucumber slices on my salad that if I had eaten wud have surely made me sick. Told the waitress who apologized and left them sit on the table on the napkin n never brought new slices. My chicken parm was excellent. Wife's chicken salad was ok but she found a hair in it n stopped (it happens). The guy dressed like a garbage man with an apron walking back n forth through the diningroom really takes away from the dining experience.
