Loot Card shop — Local services in Northfield Township

Drove an hour away because they had said they new sealed product in stock, when I got there I should’ve inquire about the price because I wouldn’t have even bothered coming, if you want to pay 125% Pokémon center pricing for product still in stock on the website then this is your place. Extremely disappointed upon arrival and the employees were so busy scrolling on their computers to answer any of my questions about raw cards or other product than what I had originally called for. I would suggest not wasting your time to ultimately be disappointed with their service or prices.

Response to owner: I also remember the interaction we shared, and when walking in I had greeted the employee sitting on the computer and received no response. Clearly you hadn’t heard me because you were too preoccupied. I understand you aren’t pokemoncenter but you are an authorized dealer which means you don’t even pay the msrp on the website for product. And that also means you should be able to match that price. Sorry for assuming something that is pretty much standard in every TCG shop I have been too. Don’t worry though I will not be spending a single cent with your store. Came here excited and left disappointed, charging 150% of TCG pricing or any other card shop and both employees where extremely rude and absolutely no help, I tried to spend money and inquire on products and got zero help or answers on anything I asked about they would rather sit around and ignore you than make money and it’s honestly sad this is the worst experience at a card shop I’ve had in the state of Michigan and I’ve been to almost all of them I would recommend everyone to avoid this place unless you wanna be taken advantage of or disappointed. I wanna support everyone but honestly they need to do better. You said you answered my questions but you just sat there on your computer ignoring me I had to ask the same question three times to even get a response coming from a business owner that’s horrible business you need to learn to respect your customers which you don’t.
