Overall very bad experience. 1st: BEDBUGS. I didn't see the bedbugs until I was packing my things to leave in the morning. Asked for a refund after bringing the dead bug to the front desk. Was denied a refund. He said that they have to have an inspection to confirm the presence of the bedbugs. Asked for a refund after the inspection. He said yes. At the gas station down the road, mentioned this problem. The lady there said she used to work at this hotel and that they have had a constant problem with bedbugs and they don't do anything about it. I'm not expecting a refund now. Before that, 2nd: Stood in the lobby for 10 mins waiting for someone to come to the desk to check me in. I triggered the "ding" noise at the door twice, pressed the doorbell on the desk 4 times, and finally called the front desk. The phone rang 6 times before someone finally came to the desk. 3rd: Its November. Its freezing outside, the room was cold when I walked in. It took the heater 3 hours to get the room up to 70 degrees. 4th: The doors deadbolt doesn't lock. An uncomfortable feeling for a single female. 5th: There is a quarter inch gap under the door, which leads directly outside. So there is a significant draft of freezing air coming into the room. I rolled a towel and put in front of the gap to keep the room warm for the night. This gap also means that dirt can blow into the room. 6th: The shower drain drained very slowly. My feet were in an inch of water during my shower. 7th: The breakfast couldn't be considered breakfast. Coffee, Juice and Chewy bars. That's it.

Arrived here after an oopsie in our travel planning that caused us to have to search for a hotel. Since it went by the Wyndham name, I figured it would be very nice. Unfortunately, it wasn't, at least, it wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. The bathroom, in particular, had all kinds of dirt, like a strand of hair stuck on the inside of the toilet and dirt in the edges of the shower, along with on the bottom of the tub. There was also an indiscernible stain on the floor between the two beds. In addition to this, the soap that was provided did not come off completely when rinsed with water and the water from the sink smelled like eggs. Other than these inconveniences, it was a nice one night stay. After all, it offered a place for us to sleep, so at least the room achieved its purpose. The breakfast, while we were there, consisted of Chewy bars (chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate chip, and cookies and cream), two options for coffee and hot water, Lipton tea bags and a brand of green tea, and orange and apple juice. Not a complete breakfast, but definitely something to (hopefully) tide one over to where they can get a real one. In conclusion, the room had some undesirable features but it was still nice, and the 'breakfast' was nice and. And they had mints on the service desk.

Front desk staff is friendly and the hotel looks good from the outside. The room is 2 stars. We would have stayed at a cheaper hotel if we’d have known. This is not $160 a night room. The room is damp (humidity problems), the grill of the AC unit has mold growing all over it. The 2 little towels appeared to have been tossed in the bathroom. When I went to straighten them up I realized they were very damp, and one had dust and stuff from the ceiling fan all over it. The shotty repairs are visible. All little stuff! However the half pillows on the bed, and the dingy (were white once upon time) sheets were ridiculous. The floor was so filthy the bottoms of our feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. So gross! The breakfast is juice, coffee, and granola bars…

First of all for anyone down-rating this hotel too much, try to remember it's a 2-star hotel and maybe don't be so harsh!!

A friend and I stayed here on a Monday-Wednesday. Check-in and check-out were quick. They were friendly and accommodating. I requested the 'late' check out, no problem. The breakfast was hot, fresh and there were several choices. All staff I encountered were friendly. The pool and area were clean. The rooms were clean.

The only minor issues I had were finding some long dark hairs in the bathroom and shower areas. Both my friend and I are blonde, and of course we hadn't used the bathroom or shower yet so soon after check-in. Friend couldn't get the hair dryer in the room to work, but we didn't call anyone about it. Very close to the freeway, so there is some freeway noise. This place also seems to be a popular stop for truckers. Some were hanging out outside their rooms when we walked to the pool and were catcalling a bit. This is not the hotel's fault, but it made us feel slightly unsafe walking alone. No towels to be found at the pool, but the first time we went, there was a large family in there who we later realized probably had taken them all. I am sure if asked, the front desk would find some towels. We didn't ask because we did bring 2 towels of our own as backup. LOTS of chlorine in the pool, just be careful if you're sensitive to it.

Beyond that, I liked the setup of the double queen room with the beds on the opposite walls and each of us had our own TV. Oddly, I could only get my TV to change the channel with the other remote, and then they'd both be on the same channel. No big deal, we just had the TV's on mainly for noise anyway.

Not too much going on in the immediate area during the week, but decent restaurant CJ's just a short walk across the...

Absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We paid 215 dollars (paid more to have our dog). When we arrived at the motel the room we were assigned wasn't cleaned and the door was open. I tracked down a housekeeper who called the motel lobby staff on her cellphone and argued that she hadn't cleaned that room yet (while she smoked a cigarette next to the door of the room and her cleaning cart). I was then informed I could wait for the room to be cleaned or be assigned a new room. I chose to take a new room. When we got to the new room I saw there was a large used bandaid in the walkway directly outside our motel room door which was never removed by staff our entire stay. Our carpet was dirty, and had sticky spots on it and our sheets had black stains on them. The shower curtain was torn, and there was mold inside the knob of the shower handle (also the water smelled gross). I went down to the indoor pool at one point but the water was freezing, I honestly don't think the pool is heated. For the breakfast, the only option was Chewy bars. And there was no way to lock the window in the room! Since it is a motel every room is accessed from outside so anyone could have walked up to our window and slid the window open and stepped inside. I contacted wynham about all this, demanding a refund or credit and they told me to call the front desk staff about it because they were informed by the staff that there was nothing wrong with the room so I’d have to settle it with them. When I told them that obviously won’t be effective and that I want to talk to a supervisor at Wyndham they ghosted me. I only stayed there because there was a power outage at my house and it was 49 degrees inside, I wish I had just stayed in...

Been here for three days paid for another week think I have to get a refund and leave don’t feel secure here.had a police raid here the other day .found out they were here to pick up the cleaning staff that work here. Manager took time to come harass me about my door being open on a sunny day .made me move my truck from one spot to another for absolutely no reason when there was just plenty of open spots .told me I couldn’t grill in the parking lot when everybody else is grilling in the parking lot with ther door open. The phones don’t work in any of the rooms they told me “just don’t use the phone “.showerhead clogged room is dirty.bunch of sketchy Mexicans sleeping in the parking lot.Anytime I get a visitor they ask me who is this as if I’m not allowed to have visitors .when I asked why they were bothering only me and making up rules manager just walked away in the middle of a conversation !you got a hold the TV remote just right if you want to work .Went to brew coffee in the morning before I poured water and noticed the coffee pot was full of moldy garbage coffee packs etc. took it to them they rinsed it out and gave it back,no thanks. Coffee in the room is terrible coffee in lobby is great / the old bait n switch .Could’ve overlooked a lot of the stuff but the manager was just plain rude and offensive had no logical argument just making up rules as we go. I asked and there is no rulebook or code of conduct Will speak to the head manager in the morning when I check out and see if anybody cares .it’s about a 2 1/2 star hotel but they act like it’s a five-star hotel, it’s not👎🏻🤔💩 also no visitors allowed wow it’s...
