Rave Repairs — Local services in Northglenn

I hadn’t originally planned on writing a review, but my experience at Rave Repairs absolutely deserves one. About a month ago, I brought in my iPhone 14 for repairs, and let me just say, if you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable place to diagnose and fix your devices, this is it.

The owner, Arnold, is incredibly honest, kind, and clearly an expert when it comes to device repairs. Not only does he know his stuff, but the pricing here is also very reasonable. My dad recommended this place to me, and I came in hoping for a solution to a serious issue: a suspected logic board separation. Another shop, Fix My Phone, had told me my phone was completely wrecked, and that it could only last for a period of time before it dies, but I wanted a second opinion.

On top of that, I did need a back glass replacement. Arnold was upfront about the challenge, explaining that if the issue was truly a logic board separation, it might not be repairable. However, he offered to run a diagnostic to take a deeper look and confirm the problem.

The results were both good and bad news. The good news: the board wasn’t fully separated but slightly bent, which was causing some my screen to be pushed up, mainly around the midrim. This made the repair possible. The bad news: the repair would be risky and not guaranteed. Arnold advised me to back up & transfer all my data to a secondary phone before making a decision, just in case something went wrong.

I’m giving this place a 10/10. Arnold’s honesty, expertise, and care for his customers set this shop apart. I’m now planning to go ahead with the repair since my data is backed up, and I’ll definitely return for any future repairs for my other devices. I totally recommend this...

Arnold was EXCEPTIONAL. My husband’s old phone took a fall that broke the LCD screen and the entire phone blacked out. It had no cracks outside but was completely shut down. Months later we realized the photos and videos of our kids weren’t backed up anywhere… just on this phone that we thought was toast. So we immediately jumped to search for someone who could help with data recovery to get these precious moments back. Needless to say, we were panicked.

We searched the internet all over for a place we felt could help us save these memories. Rave Repairs was an hour away from us but the reviews were outstanding… literally all 5 stars! We took the phone to Arnold and he blew us away with his hard work and dedication to helping us. We were prepared for a quote for a data recovery, which we knew would be expensive. But instead he looked into repairing the phone itself FIRST and saved us so much money! He repaired what was broken and stayed in constant communication with me and really put us first and didn’t chase after $$ like other shops would. We are so thankful for Arnold and everything he did for us. I opened up the phone today and saw all of those memories of our babies and my eyes flooded with tears. Memories saved and money saved. His price was so reasonable. He went above and beyond!

We are full of immense gratitude for Arnold and what he did for us. Soon I will be bringing my MacBook in to repair a broken screen. Arnold is trustworthy and customer focused.

TLDR: This place is awesome owner does repairs and stands by them! Great pricing compared to other big corporate shops and other local competitors. Will not pull a bait and switch on pricing. Cant stop Raving about Rave Repairs!

I needed three phones repaired two Galaxy Note 9's in an iPhone X, one screen for the Galaxy Note 9, one back glass for the iPhone X, and three batteries is the repairs that I needed to get these phones up and running. I called several shops from big companies to smaller local places. The reason that I went with this shop was because he was very upfront with me from the beginning call. I truly appreciate anyone that does business that is up front with their customers and does not try to lie to them. He quoted me a price over the phone, when I showed up the same price that was quoted to me on the phone was the price that was given to me have had a couple shops do the opposite. Told me they would be ready the next day this is my fault as I did show up to his store an hour before he closed . Was called the next day around noon and told that my phones are ready for pick up. Sadly I don't have any before pictures and my pictures I feel really don't do him justice for the quality of work that he provided in return to me. I cannot stress this enough as someone that spent about two weeks calling around this is the place to take your phones and get quality work for a very reasonable price.
