Golden Scoop — Restaurant in Northglenn

I’ve been coming here for years and the staff gets worse every single time. There was a man infront of me ordering and the man that took his order was getting him upset and I thought it was maybe the customer giving him a hard time. But come to find out it’s the young women that doesn’t even look of age to work here and the older rude gentleman that are the issue. I always come here and ask for rice and two sides and get charged the combo one. Which is any 3 items of choice with a drink and a eggroll or wonton. Today is the first that I order the same thing and they don’t charge me combo #1. She charged me more than the combo number one was and I got less food! It’s common sense if you didn’t know. The young girl was rude and said I didn’t charge you a combo because the box didn’t say to charge you for a combo. Than the man came from behind and said “if you want combo, you need to tell me first not her”…. Rude as can be. The two women sitting down next to me even were shocked. Rude workers, that will rip you off! Last time I’ll be coming here. The food is good but not that good to have rude customer service when you’re paying for the food. I pay less at Panda Express and get more food and the best customer service. Thanks...

1st of all, the people are rude there. I have made the decision for my entire immediate family to boycott this place simply because of the patrons running the business. I've dealt with them being rude on multiple occasions but always went back because truth be told, I do enjoy the food. The last straw that set my decision to boycott into stone was them simply refusing to even try to run my card. They say they can only take Visa or Mastercard and I have an American Express card. They refused to even try and charge my card. ITS AN AMERICAN EXPRESS! WHAT BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT ONLY GOING TO DENY AN AMERICAN EXPRESS, BUT REFUSE TO TRY IT ALTOGETHER!? So after many encounters of rudeness, them refusing to even try my card was finally enough. i went in expecting the normal dollar scoop, but what i got was far worse. we usually eat at Ho Mei, over on 88th and washington, and compared to Ho Mei, this place is garbage. they give about half the portions as Ho Mei (their meals cost $1-$5 more than ho mei, and you don't get to choose between egg roll and wanton), and the food quality is Terrible. i ordered Beef and Broccoli, and Mongolian Beef, 80% of the "beef" was chicken, seasoned to look like beef, the other half was 2-3 day old "beef" that tasted soggy (spit it out and fed it to the dogs). i went in expecting to find my new place, but left with old fake food, and crappy boba (how do you mess up a boba smoothie you ask? well don't ask me, ask them!). DO NOT EAT HERE.

Edit: My wife got sweet n sour chicken, and sesame chicken, both were soggy and gross, and her noodles were soggy and gross. the only thing that i even remotely liked was the rice. the rest was...
