So, my brother and I ate here recently. We are both sick to our stomach. If I could give zero stars I would and I usually never like to give one star reviews, but this time I felt that was deserving. I have a few reasons why I am changing my review from a five star to one star. One: When one waitress asked me if the sun was shinning in my eyes (and it was shinning directly in my eyes), she said she would closed the blinds. And while she did close some of the blinds, it was not the blind that needed to be closed to stop the sun from shinning in my eyes. I had to get up and close the one blind that was the major problem by myself. Two: To top it off, the waitress seatting us seemed like she had the attitude. Three: When my brother told our server that something is wrong with the strawberry jelly, she tried to say there was nothing wrong with it, and that they go through it a lot, so there is no way for it to go bad. And although she did give my brother a new plate of fresher toast and different jelly (grape this time, which tasted a little better), it still did not make up for how he was treated when he brought it to her attention. Four: I think our food could have came quicker, been warmer, and fresher because the food did not taste that good. I have eaten here before, and the food did not taste like that. It was definitely not worth the $41.35. I don't really want to eat at this Bob...

Let me start by saying I can’t believe this place still exists on the map... I have had multiple bad experiences here at this location. My most recent experience has me wondering why customers still stop in. My family decided it would be a good idea to order take out on a Friday afternoon for dinner. It wasn’t a busy day no reason to have a bad experience we thought, oh how we were wrong. We were making our order online and my kids were looking for chocolate milk to drink because that’s the only thing they drink. We were finding no such option for chocolate milk to drink but whatever we just put in in special instructions. When we picked up our order they asked for my name and just gave me the bag and didn’t even say “have a good day” like come on. We saw the food so we didn’t even think twice about ever being in there. When we got home we noticed there was no silverware what so ever, no syrup or butter for the hot cakes, no chocolate milk for the kids, and my burger was completely shredded apart. The kids obviously couldn’t take it with having no chocolate milk that they went into a tantrum and ruined the whole dinner. My wife decided it was best to leave with the kids for the week and go to her parents house. So to wrap things up bob evans will ruin your family dinner and take your wife and kids away from you. DONT ORDER...

There was only one waitress tonight so they would only allow like 5-7 tables eat at a time. We waited to b sat for about 20 mins. That gave me plenty of time to people watch. I was watching how the waitress was acting, treating the customers n the way the customers were acting n treating the waitress. WOW CAN WE SAY PEOPLE R F'N RIDICULOUSLY DOWN RIGHT FLUGLY RUDE!!! This poor girl doin nothing but being kind, hustling n apologizing while taking n delivering orders. I was embarrassed for those inconsiderate fools. So we finally get seated n she greets us w exhaustion n a poor pathetic look. I said go take a 5 min breather outside, we'll still be here when ur done. She did. Our food was not the best but she kept my Carmel mocha full n she was great. I hope she found a better...
