14-Jul Update: Still no response from this dispensary or anyone on their customer service team. I’ve emailed once everyday last week, just to be ghosted.

This is completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I paid $155 for an OUNCE of WEED and got LEAVES! There was no weed ONLY LEAVES! The plant was harvested way too early and dried to make it look like “small nugs”. I have never complained before no matter how many leaves I’ve removed from the weed I’ve received here. This is the first time I’ve actually complained and I’m getting no where. I CANT BELIEVE MANAGEMENT IS OKAY SELLING LEAVES TO CUSTOMERS! What if I had a medical condition? Would they still sell me leaves or would they care about my complaints? It’s ridiculous that I’ve had to deal with this for a full week and getting ghosted. I’m calling again today. This is absolutely absurd!!

08-Jul Update: I waited 3 days and put off going on vacation just to be told that they can only give me $20 on my account. I emailed the customer service email Monday and have yet to hear back. It took 4 calls just to get a manager to call me back and be told basically nothing.

Why would I want $20 to spend at an establishment that has 0 quality control, can’t take accountability, and took 3 days to get back to me with nothing. Weed/everything is too expensive especially with the tax to spend $155 for NOTHING! The $20 was a complete slap in the face especially since no one can assure me that I would be buying quality weed. So $20 to spend for more leaves? Why would I want that?

I’m honestly so upset with this whole ordeal especially since this isn’t the first time that I’ve pulled a lot of leaves off of the weed that I’ve purchased here, but this is the first time that I’ve complained about it. ALL “SMALL NUGS” were straight leaves. I put $155, 3 days of my time, and have nothing to smoke. I’m honestly appalled at the DISRESPECT, LACK OF MANAGEMENT, and COMPLETE LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL.

I called 06-Jun to complain and was told that a manager would get back to me. I called again twice on 07-Jun along with sending an email and have not heard back. I spent $155 for an ounce from CANA ESSENTIALS. It was all “flower”. As you pulled it apart you can see the stems and there is a million leaves on all the “small nugs”. There were NO SMALL NUGS. ONLY LEAVES that were dried to look like nugs. I was informed that a manager had the message and would get back to me and the staff member acted like I was an inconvenience the second time I called which was around 3 pm (mind you I’ve been waiting almost 2 days for a response on weed that I spent $155 on and have been a loyal (VIP) customer). I am still waiting on a response. Again, I called 3 times and emailed. How difficult is it to give me a call back? I want my $155 back. It’s honestly frustrating especially because I hate to complain and even have to call out a business on the internet, but it seems to be the only way that they will “respond”. This is honestly ridiculous. Spent $155 for leaves….

Old: Most flower I’ve bought from here/most dispensaries is just leaves. Not worth the money and I wish I could get a refund.

Noticed this place on my way home from work one day after I got off the highway, it is set back just a bit but not to far to not be noiticed. The outside look and vibe of the building / property was semi modern and love all the dark tint, the landscape has been kept up and always looks great. Months later I worked in a similar area and I took the exit to head home and noticed they seemed open. Upon entering the inside Vibe was Great, always Very Near and Clean, people were great, choices were great, prices are pretty comparable with others but they do have great deals, discounts, extras! Many times there are stickers, logos, etc.. on the counter as samples, also many times there are vendors there inside with samples and deals waiting for you as your on your way to counter. I’ve never felt rushed or taken advancing or pointed in some direction to buy something I’m not looking for. If I’m not sure what I’m coming for when I get to the counter I am asked, What I like, type, strain, amount, and then they give me a few options and there opinions and every time it has Been Perfect. Thank you for always striving to be better. I will Keep coming to my favorite and recommending everyone I can to check you out.! CANA Craft Cannabis: Literally The Best Place to Buy Cannabis

I recently visited CANA Craft Cannabis and have been several other times and I've been very impressed with the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they take the time to answer all of my questions. I ended up purchasing a Fernway Live Resin cartridge along with a few extra goodies on my last trip and I am absolutely loving it. The flavor is amazing, and the effects are very potent.

One of the things that I really appreciated about CANA is that they don't make you feel anxious or weird. I've been to other cannabis shops where I've felt judged or uncomfortable, but that was not the case at here at all. The staff is very welcoming, and they don't make me feel dumb for asking questions which is a blessing.

I also really like the Cana Cash system. It's a great way to save money on your cannabis purchases, and it's very easy to use. I would definitely recommend CANA Craft Cannabis to anyone looking for a great place to buy cannabis.
