Fiesta Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Norton

What a hidden Gem!!! So glad we tried this restaurant. Decorations is definitely Mexican. From the mariachi music playing in the back ground, to the decorations on the wall. Restrooms are big, nice and clean. Both men and women's. Restaurant is nice and clean, no mess anywhere, no trash on floor. Now the food is amazingly fresh, huge portions, great value for the money. Service was beyond amazing, or waiter sat us prominently. Had chips and salsa on the table before I could of my jacket. I asked my husband where did this come from, lol. He was friendly, polite, gave great suggestions. I got the fish tacos best i've ever had hands down. Hubby and daughter both got the seafood chimichangas. Or son got the chicken tenders kids meal. All outstanding!!! Refills came without being asked. 2 sodas, 1 apple juice, 1 Heineken. We did order an appetizer the 3 way sampler buffalo chicken wings, cheese quesadillas, fried roll up tacos (sry forgot the proper name). That too was soooo delicious. Chips and salsa kept coming if all the rest wasn't enough. But let me say their chips are so fresh and hot crispy not oily. Their salsa has to be made in house! No way that could be made else where. The churros for dessert came fresh and hot with vanilla ice cream, hot caramel and hot fudge sauce for dipping. Hands down more than 5 stars are due. You have customers for life. This place has a really nice salsa and it finds itself in some of their great dishes. Every time I have ever gone, I have always been met with great service and really decent drinks. I strongly recommend their Chicken Taco salads and you will find their renditions of some traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex favorites to be most enjoyable

UPDATE: finally my schedule permitted a rare dine-in experience. I was in a taco sorta mood so i ordered fiesta tacos from the lunch menu. Wow! Excellent tacos and there was a wonderful simplicity to their refried beans. Some establishments try to embellish on a dish that is supposed to be simple in the first place and it is to the dish's detriment. Their salsa is fantastic and is composed of just the perfect amount of cilantro. Draught beer selection is limited but Negra Modelo and Dos Equis are available and that's all that matters. Service is at once efficient yet genuinely attentive. Upon teceiving the bill i was surprised -- the lunch menu is very pocket-friendly and I was amazed at how much food I was taking. As a person native to southern Arizona, I didn't go in expecting a lot. This is your standard fair Americanized Mexican food that tastes good but should not be considered as true-to-life Mexican food. I enjoy eating at Fiestas when out with friends for lunch or dinner. The prices are in line with other restaurants in the area, and they do serve a decent portion. They are also very nice in providing chips with salsa at no charge. My only cons are that many dishes are laden with cheese (not abnormal at Americanized Mexican restaurants) and that they use store-bought taco shells and flour tortillas. They could easily get some better quality shells and tortillas, so that's more my suggestion to them.
