I can't begin to tell how happy I am with the service provided by the crew at this store. I called earlier in the day and explained my situation to Nadim Jabbour. He informed me of the best options available and to come in.
After opening my account Nadim encountered a problem loading the SIM card onto my phone (which was not purchased from this location). Frank Jones and David Vaughan both joined in to add their technical expertise to determine the issue. After the phone had damaged three new SIM cards they determined that the phone I purchased from a friend was defective.
Nadim then recommended the most economical phone for my purposes and explained the plan in detail. I made the decision to buy the phone here at the store.
While he was activating the phone Frank and Dave provided me with coffee and amusing stories...to the point that I was enjoying myself so much that I forgot the phone when I left the store!
However, that was no problem. Nadim was unable to locate me in the parking lot, but when I called the next morning the phone was waiting.

Read moreTCC Verizon is the best Verizon store ever. In fact, the customer service we experienced with Nadim and his product knowledge rival high luxury goods stores!! Our day started with a broken phone, multiple visits to Verizon and other authorized dealers and, as luck would have it, at the end of the day a visit here. This was the only store that actually has Samsung 21S phones in stock!! And in colors other than Pink and violet (no offense just not a color for my husband 🙃). Nadim took the time to really find out what we needed, what are our priorities for our phones and steered us to a totally different model. We are happy owners of a new Samsung Z Flip Three. Seriously this is a cool, functional updated flip phone with lots of speed. When you open it up it's a big phone; folded it actually fits in a coin pocket in your jeans!!
