My boyfriend bought me a Disney bracelet from there three weeks ago, not even a week later the chain broke so my boyfriend returned it and they told him they would order a new one and it would be ready to pick up the following Friday. Went in on Friday and the bracelet still hadn't arrived. Waited a week later to the following Friday and the bracelet is still not there! The customer service is rediculous. Totally unprofessional, the girls giggle the whole time. Will not be buying anything else...

A year ago, my wife and I purchased our wedding rings set with them we were so happy with the customer service experience.
