We can’t say enough amazing things about Anthony and his crew. We had a 90th birthday party for my Dad at the same time as a 70th wedding anniversary for my Mom and Dad. After finding Seaside Sliders on a food truck search and sending Anthony an email, he responded immediately. As well as all the emails sent. We were happy with the way it works. Pick the menu and the rest is on them. No line waiting, they make small batches and serve the food from behind plexiglass during this COVID time which made thing safe. And the food? AMAZING. The clams for the sliders were the freshest we ever had. Pulled pork was great. And the Tator Tot and chicken skewer specials, AMAZING. Had the pleasure of attending a wedding which Seaside catered last weekend (9/29) and am happy to say that it was a unique experience. My son and daughter-in-law, the bride and groom, had told us about their interaction with Anthony in setting up their event and how good the food tasting was. They weren't wrong on any aspect as the food was great and the care and attention of Anthony and his team was exemplary. All that attended left full and happy. I wanted to point out one member of the team, Cam, who was very personable and attentive to the needs of the guests and who really seemed to enjoy his job and that made the day even better. The Seaside Sliders team did an incredible job catering our wedding on 5/10/25. Anthony was so helpful and attentive throughout the planning process, adjusting to whatever we needed and partnering with us to come up with the best menu we could have imagined. There was not a single guest at our wedding that didn’t rave about how delicious and memorable the food was. Anthony and his team set up such a fun experience from cocktail hour stations, an incredible chicken wing bar, and passed desserts on the dance floor!
