My experience with Kostas began with the reupholstering of my sofa and chair. The staff was extremely helpful (thanks Christine) with choosing the fabric. When the work was done I was very happy. I thought my experience was over but while visiting the shop I noticed that they also did custom woodwork. I had been looking for a table to fit a space in my home and Sam was able to build me an amazing bar height table at the dimensions I needed. (The table looks like it was born in that space) During the installation we noticed that two of the bar stools that I purchased for the table were slightly shorter than I had expected due to the height of the table. Sam took the stools back too the shop, added a 3 1/2 inch lift between the seat and legs while still allowing the stool to swivel. He stained the extension perfectly. (Oh yeah, the way the table was stained to match the stools you can’t tell that they didn’t come as a set) Sam’s craftsmanship is pure genius and Christine and the rest of the staff were great. Kostas honestly took good care of me and I couldn’t be happier with their work and pricing. Thanks for everything. Looking forward too working...

What can I say... wow! After we (stupidly!) cut our brand new couch when opening the box, we thought its newness was ruined.

Kostas was able to work his magic and add new material to the damaged area and make it brand new again. Honestly, I keep looking at it wondering how it was done. It's seriously perfect.

That aside, Kostas is a really genuine guy, he was always incredibly polite, friendly and helpful and wasn't out to take advantage of us and our situation. He really wanted to make sure we were happy with the result.

The team on the phone in the office were always a delight to deal with.

Apart from losing one of our bedroom shades, weI had a good experience doing my Roman Shades for my home 5 years ago when I worked with Kosta directly. I recently needed some additional work done and visited them at their new location. I met with them in March and the estimate they gave me for just a few items was almost the same as my entire house had been for window treatments 5 years ago. As a result, I decided to do less items. I then asked for a quote for fewer items and to redo a couch and chair. That was in the beginning of March and I have yet to receive the quote I was asking for.
