There's a employee at this Particular Stater Bros on Alondra and Bloomfield who needs better training on customer service skills. Those of you who's reading this might have experienced what I'm talking about but there's this Black girl who works in the Deli department morning shift, I don't know her name but she's usually the one who serves the Hot food and cold items like potato salad, Macaroni salad etc etc. Every time I walk up to place a order she has the worst attitude I have ever experienced at this location. Usually all the other Employees are friendly and helpful but this particular girl acts like your bothering her when you ask to be serviced. Last time i was there she watched me stand there for several minutes and never asked if I needed anything, Then when I said said "Excuse me" she replied and said "What you want" after I told her what I wanted she just look at me like she hated her job and really didn't want to be there. Now when I shop here and I see her back there working I just keep walking and end up going to the other States bros on Artesia because I can't deal with her unprofessionalism and attitude. Other then that, This Stater Bros is very Clean and always have what I need, Also all the other Employees are very helpful and Respectful. One apple doesn't spoil...
Read moreToday I walked into the Stater Brothers on my way home from work (7:30 pm) with my young child, and while inside I noticed a large group of men (maybe about 6,) shopping and sort of following close to the same lanes I was shopping in. Without saying anything, the gentleman who checked our groceries out, Ray, asked me before completing my purchase if I needed help out and made an effort to have one of the workers walk me to my car and help me secure all of my groceries, my child, and myself. Thank you to Ray and the nice gentleman worker (whose name I didn’t get) who helped me to my car made me feel a little safer today. God...
Read moreI’ve been to this location a several times to purchase dinner . The location is Always well stocked and well kept however, on two occasions I have checked out with two separate female checkers, They have both been rude and extremely unfriendly. The other times I’ve been helped by male checkers, I remember one was named Chris, extremely polite and nice, the 2 female checkers that assisted me on separate occasions have bad attitudes. One of them has a tattoo on her face of an E- the other is wearing an extreme amount of make up. It’s not a good look for Stater Brothers to have an employee with tattoos on their face, giving customers bad attitudes. Please talk to your employees about customer service because I will not be supporting this location any longer from the...
