Taco Bell — Restaurant in Norwalk

I placed a mobile order for pickup at this location, but when I arrived, the cashier claimed it had already been picked up. I had just arrived and even showed them my receipt, yet they kept insisting my order was already taken. When I asked if they verified the name or receipt of the person who picked it up, they claimed they did, but I highly doubt it, as my name is not common. I then spoke to the manager, Maria (middle aged lady with glasses), and asked if they could remake my order. Her response was incredibly unprofessional: 'It wasn't my fault, go get a refund in the app.' I explained that it was their responsibility to properly confirm pickup orders and prevent unauthorized pickups, especially since the mobile pickup shelf is easily accessible to anyone. In the end, they refused to remake my order, and the manager's dismissive attitude made the situation worse. Poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional management, I would not recommend...

This Taco Bell continues to disappoint. Food prep is terrible. Food quantity is poor. The manager is very quick to dismiss an issue. The cooks argue with manager. I had a bean burrito with no sauce (ordered it that way) and In Taco Bell’s normal procedure to make it with no sauce and no onions. Brought this to the attention of manager and in Spanish they argued. Then some English came out I put onions on it. Ok then why iam at at the counter asking for onions. I then revived a small cup of onions. Taco shell broken. Burritos made to the smallest portions. Sometimes I order xtra beans to get them to normal size of a Taco...

Terrible. Their credit card machine malfunctioned and they ran my card 4x causing a double charge. After I told them about it, they REFUSED to refund the over charge. On all levels of the company; acting supervisor, manager, owner, HQ customer service (Denise Miller is terrible). It took about 4 months, multiple complaints, a report to the BBB (which they never cooperated with) and proof of my bank transactions just to get my $20 back. If knew any lawyers, I would have sued for all this headach. Its only Del Taco for me now. Don't waste your money here. Its better to just give your money the homeless...
