TERRIBLE! I tried to buy local and regret it. I recently purchased a $2000 Ashley sectional. It was delivered and a couple days later I noticed that one footrest had no padding on the board - the pad was hanging down in the pouch of the material. One of the two recliners was not reclining either. I called them. They sent their repair person who agreed the couch pad was defective and not in an area that is repairable. Mike decided that it was fine, put it back on the floor to sell to the next unsuspecting customer. Then he charged ME 350+ dollars for taking it back - calling it a restock fee. I said it's not my fault it was defective. Mike didn't care and refused to refund the money and hasn't even had the decency to talk to me - just a text saying too bad. It took 10 days to have them delivered. The delivery people were having problems getting it through her door so they just left her brand new furniture on her porch. Left it up to her to figure out. Thanks to a good hearted neighbor and son they were able to get them in without a problem. Where is the customer service? Because it was going to snow, rain and have winds up to 50 mph she requested that they come back to get her furniture and give her a refund. Read moreI recently purchased a bed on Wednesday and dealt with a young man name Matt, everything went well in the store, the bed was set to be delivered the following Saturday. I gave Matt 2 different phone number and my address but my bed was never delivered. When I called I was told by Matt he was here to drop the bed off but never came (I have a camera to prove it). Then Matt proceeded to tell me I gave him the wrong phone numbers and address and then hung up on me.
