Then Johnny will go through all the functions on the phone with all the applications to ensure to ensure that when you walk out of the store that everything is working properly also puts out a little warrantee like 30days. If you notice something a little bit fishy and you’re not sure or even if you want to get another extra 30 days out of it just called you running up within the first 30 days and tell me take you see something but his periodic and random thought but keep checking and yes Johnny will replace the screen again under 60 days

Matter fact at about at about 10 after 10 Johnny will be calling me today to come to my house because I’m buying a nice sweet iPhone 7 working really good looking as nice gave me a great price on I couldn’t refuse so he’s going up to drop it off at my house because I’m a double amputee about 2 miles away from the store but I can’t go down there today because my power chair is broken so Johnny said no problem don’t wait for tomorrow if you want to today I just bring it up to your house Mike like I did last time I picked up loan I fix your tablet I said thanks Johnny give me a call when you coming up my road and I’ll meet you outside save some time for coming to the door he just a right you can’t beat you

It is rare to find great customer service these days.

I was pleasantly impressed by the staff of Hey iRepair. Johnny, the person who helped fix my phone's issue was clearly well-informed, attentive and enthusiast about the products and services they offered.

I went in to get my iPhone's battery replaced and the process was seamless. I wasn't required to schedule an appointment and they even had batteries in stock for my phone despite my phone being a few generations behind.

These days people rely on their phones and having a service that fix the problem/s on the same day and within less than an hour on arrival to their store makes them reliable.

I liked how the service kept me as a customer involved in the process. Throughout the repair I was able to ask questions and was shown the process of how the phone gets fixed. I left more informed then when I came in.

It is good to know that if I ever encounter an issue with any of my devices I can count on the team at Hey iRepair to have my back in fixing the issues. Even before I left they made sure the phone was fully functional and asked if I was happy with the results before leaving. (I was)

All in all, the service and customer service was great and the prices they charged to replace the battery was more than fair. I called around before going here and they have the best rates in Norwich.

I have went back to this place about three times and ALWAYS they fo above and beyond to explain the process and show such consistency and kindness . I went yesterday to get my phone fixed because it wouldn’t connect to wifi and it lagged often . He showed us a quick video throughly explaining what he was going to do to my phone and also explaining the process of why it would be the way it was . I was so grateful to see and understand what was going to happen to my phone . The energy there is very welcoming and they always make me laugh and feel welcomed . He was able to do my phone within a few hours and I was able to pick it up before they closed . You don’t understand how grateful I was because that was my only phone and I have 4 kids including a newborn and he took into account that in case of an emergency I would need my phone . I cannot stress enough how thoughtful and considerate the staff are and I truly enjoy the place of business and people who work there . I always go in with a smile and always leave with a smile . So grateful for irepair and the staff . Thank you so much for always giving your customers a hundred percent in all that you do for us .
