Been ordering from here for 20 years. Always had good experiences here . Friendly and prompt , until today . I placed a $60 order over the phone . I asked for clarity on my wife's order. She has food allergies . I went to pick up my order and they were very busy . They were behind on the pick up times . I was not upset and was glad to see they had a lot of business . As a former bar and restaurant owner , I like to see local business doing well . I brought my food home to discover that my dinner was not in the order . Then my wife saw that an ingredient that she has allergies to was in her second dish . I called and asked if they could deliver , as I'm 15 minutes away , and they said they could not and offered me a credit for the next time I come in. I chose to go back and get my dinner and return my wife's two dishes as she was worried that I did not get the importance of her allergies across to the establishment . The woman behind the counter gladly refunded me without me asking, for the dishes and I got my dinner that was forgotten originally . As the woman gave me my money back the cook came over and asked what was wrong with the second dish . I explained that because of the misunderstanding on the first dish , my wife was not comfortable with either dish in case there was something she could not eat in it .
He then told me "well you should just cook at home! " ...... I asked him why he was being rude and he said he was not being rude . I let him know that I had been in the restaurant business and could not believe he was speaking like this and he said then I should understand . I then had a few choice words for him , letting him know how he was wrong for how he acted .
I eat out 3 or 4 times a month and order out once a week . I have been a waiter , a bartender , a cook , manager and owner of bars and restaurants for 22 years . I am no longer in the business , but have a great appriciation for people who are .
If I heard anyone I employed or managed say what he said , they would have been fired immediately . For blaten disrespect for the customer.
I do not expect anything for free and did not ask to be refunded . They did that on their own . So he had no reason to talk to me the way he did .
It is a shame that I will never return and will announce to everyone that this cook works there , or owns or whatever . And let people know how he does not make mistakes and if he does or the customer does , you better be ready to hear how you should not order from his establishment...

For the first time ever, I returned explaining my issue (food quality and freshness) . First time ever having an issue so no big deal ! They cooperated and replaced my complaint of an untouched meal.
I am returning two weeks later to place an order , and show up to pick up my order, the owner (some older gentleman) approaches me at the counter , insisting arrogantly “you not going to take your order back are you, you aren’t again like last time are you, I won’t do this again and you can leave if you do that again!”
Hey guy angrily repeated himself out of now where, caught me totally off guard- literally yelling, pissed up while drooling of frustration. I explained how I’ve never had an issue with this place and you guys did the right thing last visit, but now are approaching me like this? ?! Guess I won’t be coming back here, I let the guy know. He says” you can leave”.
🤣🤣🤣Craziest out of left field approach I received this evening. They definitely took my last visit personal, mind you they didn’t give me any issues when that exchange occurred.
Service is trash, and I have a thing or two I can tell you about my last order, if they want to act like this.
** The (1) order return that I ever had to exchange in years was an order of general TSO , where my first 3-4 attempted bites were rock solid, impossible to chew, gray pieces of “that chicken stuff that you definitely question during consumption”. They seemed to have no issue when I expressed my complaint quietly, but then decide to pretty much refuse service the next time I place an order lol 😆… it’s all good I think I’ll live longer if I stay away....

I have gone here probably half a dozen times because everyone says they are awesome. There is nothing awesome about this place. The spare ribs? Meh. The beef teriyaki? Terrible. Crab Rangoon? Worst I’ve ever had. Fried rice? Dry and flavorless. Golden fingers? So far past crispy some of them were legitimately burnt.
I have no idea what magic item it is that this place sells that everyone says is amazing. Also, to top this off the lady who works the phone is the rudest customer facing employee I’ve ever dealt with. Three times I tried to swap the horrible “red sauce” they give you with chicken fingers for the brown sauce they give with moo shu plates. The first two times I was polite and thought she misunderstood what I wanted and just said no. But the third time I was determined to get the sauce I want.
I politely explained by pointing at the sauce I wanted and they said “No, we don’t give that for free.”
No problem, even though you should just swap my sauce with what I wanted, I’ll still pay for it. I literally say, also politely, “I’d like to purchase a side of that sauce then, please.” silence “Excuse me miss? I’d like to purchase a side of that sauce?” continues to ignore me “Miss I would really like to purchase that sauce.” “No. Go to Chinese store down road and buy some.” she walks away
Apparently, it’s not a language barrier, she’s just nasty.
