Very nice and friendly over the phone. I couldn't decide on an arrangement, so I let the professionals decide. Was excited to see the flowers that would be delivered to my mom's workplace. Unfortunately, I was rather embarrassed by the arrangement. It did not look like a professional had put them together. In fact, it looked like some nice flowers just stuck in a vase. I didn't say anything, but when my mother told me later that she wasn't very impressed with the arrangement, I had to agree with her. Very disappointing.

Update: The owner Michael McKenna called me, to not only apologize, but to also to see how he could make it up - right down to offering to refund my money (which I declined). I appreciate the time, attention and offer to make it right and will take him up on it the next time I need an arrangement for a special occasion. I'm upgrading my my review, not for the arrangement, but for their service to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied.

Latest Update: I took Michael McKenna's offer up for Mother's Day and boy did he deliver! Absolutely gorgeous arrangement and he threw in a box of truffles. Prior to picking them up, we had agreed on a very discounted price. When I got there he told me just to take them. SO generous, but I couldn't - talk about wanting to satisfy his customers and stand behind his guarantee! BTW - he was so bother by the first delivery to my mother, he thought about how it could have possibly happened - plausible reason and what probably happened - flowers were put in vase with ticket, awaiting designer to arrange. Delivery person grabbed them before...

My husband & I did our wedding florals through McKennas earlier this month and everything turned out stunning, above and beyond expectations. Flowers were bright and colorful, bouquets were great quality and the archway florals are stunning in photos. We worked with Taylor throughout the planning process and she had great recommendations, and worked with us to make adjustments as the day grew closer. We were able to go to the shop and pay for a trial bridesmaid bouquet which we found to be very helpful to see something tangible. Taylor was also helpful in working around our budget and giving suggestions of simple swaps we could make to help our vision come to life for a very reasonable price. They worked with one of their growers to make sure we would be able to have Dahlias for the bouquets even though it was a little later in their normal season. Overall we are so so happy we decided to go with a brick & morter florist as opposed to a typical wedding florist for our big day and would recommend...

The absolute best flower shop in town! They have been such a big help in my healing and grief journey after losing my grandma. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Taylor is my go to girl! Just seeing her makes a sad experience, happy. I’m always greeted with a smile and listening ears. I always just give her my idea and she brings it to life. They are also very budget friendly! Tell them your price range and they will make you a beautiful bouquet! Not only do they have beautiful flowers, but a wide variety of cemetery boxes, pet and human memorial statues, and just so much more! You definitely have to stop in to see what they have to offer!
