Walked up to the checkout line to purchase a pair of micheal Kors swim trunks. There was no tag on them. Hailey C did her best to find a similar pair to get the price. Due to them being the last pair she walked down to the other women working to ask her how she could look up the price or if she just ring them in at 24.99. We could hear the whole conversation. The other women could not be bothered to help Hailey who unfortanetly was clearly under poor management. The other women basically brushed off helping us with a strong attitude in her tone “they can have them for $30 or not at all...I mean they are micheal kors....” so hailey came back and explained what she was just told. The women then said “or they can come back and buy them later after we figure out the actual price” so my question is why would You not just look right away? I am Standing here now as a customer so do your job and find it out. The problem Wasn’t paying the $30 she was “guessing” they were priced at the issue was her super poor attitude and clearly no work ethic to look into the situation. I work high up in a retail company and can tell you we get these reviews about in store customer service and how poorly it affects our business when it happens, every little customer service act makes your company. This was insulting to me as a customer that no one could be bothered to help the checkout girl find the price or properly assist us. So the result was that we told the very helpful caisher, no thanks on the item strictly due to the other employees poor attitude. Congrats to that employee, she lost...
Read moreIn recent years I have liked shopping at TJMax. Got cute woman clothing. It actually does have more than clothing which is cool. I recently bought a purse and some dresses. The only thing sometimes is frustrating is finding your size especially small and sometimes you find something you like but not many to choose from so if its not your size your out of luck. Came in recently and was greeted and given a sanitized cart by a nice gentleman. Not many people following the 6 ft restrictions in line and no markers on the floor to remind people but I made sure I stayed my distance. The next time I came same greetings. Although couldn't get into the check out line because a worker had a big cart blocking it but walked around. Over all...
Read moreI go here a lot for kitchen and home goods because it's convenient. This location is just OK. It's not very neat or well organized - things seem kind of just randomly thrown on the shelves so you have to really pick through and look around to find what you might be looking for. Staff don't seem very customer oriented or excited to work here - they talk a lot amongst themselves, rarely ask if you need help finding anything, their loading carts are often in the way during store hours and I have heard inappropriate conversations/language in the aisles among staff. Hit or miss with products depending on shipments, but that's the nature of the store. Decent prices sometimes on otherwise expensive items so I keep going in spite of...
