Keystone Place — Local services in Nottawa Township

Can I take this down to a -2 star count? I have had a pretty bad experience with this place who is supposed to help the people who are homeless, etc. Returned to the Michigan area last December from Gloucester, Ma,not realizing a no move memorandum was in place and causing a housing shortage....figured it would be over in. 6 months, so I paid the last cent I had to my name (unemployment and the Michigan horror stories are true- I'm one of the 40000 who they made jump through every hoop to still screw you)....I contacted this place well before the date I was to vacatw the summer cabin I rented for the winter...come May 15, 2021, as my lease was up, I was told I couldn't be helped because I had a service animal...I got given run around after runaround...at 47 yes old, let's just say I've now experienced things I thought I'd never go through.....here we are and it's now getting ready to be winter, and there is still no help for me...I'm out in Jackson, which is where they said for me to go- and I'm about.to experience penniless and without a home again- they said the dump I'm paying for $600 a week and not a good area or motel will not accept or let them pay, and I heard her b3gin to say "Jackson is not the area we serve"....I'm tired or being shuffled around. This isn't fair , as they have collected funding from the state of Michigan for their headcount of those they serve- yet here I am...

Very rude and obnoxious staff as well as prefers to show favoritism to other residents and not patient. Very wasteful in terms of finances and household needs like dish soap and laundry detergent and other supplies as well as do not show them you can clean or they put you on all the dirty chores instead of making chores even among all residents if you can clean plan on having chores everyday while the ones who cannot clean get a chore every other day or get days off as well as have all the easy chores I have done dishes everyday of the week since letting them see me actually clean the kitchen or bathrooms or any chore they are not fair and the minute you let them know they aren't fair they tell you to file a grievance then when you do it gets thrown out so they do not get reprimanded or fired for showing favoritism due to your increased stress levels because you feel like they are coy ting on you more than others and get loud and rude and obnoxious when you call their bluff I wonder if their board of directors has ever received any of the grievances filed against them all in all don't be a good hard working single man or woman and turn to this place to help they won't and they do not care if you know it or not I miss the days when Rebecca and Mandy worked there it was a great place to cushion the fall of homelessness they were very good at getting you right back on your...

Jumped through their hoops only to get authorized so they could help me then in 20 degree weather told me they had no funding and locked the doors in my face this isn't a non profit this company is a scam they had at least 1 bed according to residents and according to others DHS and other non profit companies they had hotel vouchers they could have helped me with yet once papers were done for whatever additional funding they got for helping I got nothing and nearly froze to death before finding help...
