Zae & Zebs Pizza — Restaurant in Nottawa Township

This place was amazing many years ago, but now they're trying to be the best place in Centreville by supporting the school, even going as far to be decked out in blue and gold to the point that its obnoxious. The way I had last seen the inside felt VERY claustrophobic and was very dark. While ordering today, the person on the phone was rude. She was very short, and laughed at me while I ordered. All while going through the process of asking if the deliver (last I knew they delivered to local homes) and I was greeted with the same shortness, but this time accompanied with a snobbish attitude. As a teenager I was very upset. I canceled the order and will be getting my food elsewhere. Ever since its remodeled and the owners changed, the food has not been as good, especially the pizza. The pizza is greasy and isn't as good as it could be. I still order from time to time to support local businesses but because of this experience, and don't think I will again. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant. It was too expensive for the quality of food. We received a flier in the mail and the pictures looked amazing, so we decided to give Pizza Depot a try! Unfortunately, what was advertised was not at all what we received. Large pepperoni pizza, small cheese pizza and cheese breadsticks cost $67 (granted that includes a $10 delivery fee, a 3.5% fee for paying with card, and a $10 tip). Even if I were to have dined in, $44 is still too expensive for the quality. Crust was hard and burnt on the bottom but somehow the top of the pizza was undercooked and the cheese wasn’t melted. We love Dawn and her family they definitely have the personality to own a restaurant. When I was younger, my mom used to order pizza from here almost every other week, and it got to the point where Dawn remembered her order. And now my boyfriend and I order here. The grinders and pizzas are amazing. Never dry plenty of toppings and sauce, and you definitely get your money's worth they have some awesomerecipes.
