This is the worst place ever. When I made an appt to have my hair fixed from when they missed big patches of grey only two weeks ago by one of the students, to fix what was wrong, I was told I would have to pay. When I told them I didn't feel I should have to, Joel the owner/management said he wanted to charge me. Even when I said I would pay, he asked me to leave, even though I booked an appointment, and threatened to call the police. I do not recommend this facility and will report to the BBB. Took my 14 year-old daughter and 4 year-old niece to CRAFT EDUCATION for some girl time. I had full color and partial highlights done. My daughter had full highlights done. We both loved how our hair turned out. They gave my niece a “Little Mermaid” themed manicure. She was thrilled! The girls were kind and professional and their instructor kept a close eye on them to be sure they were doing everything correctly. I got a basic manicure today from Juliana and it was amazing. She did so well, handled my nails with care, and made sure I was happy with the color I had chosen. I will definitely be going back and requesting her when I want to get another one (probably gel next time after seeing how well she did).
