Worst experience. Complete chaos with zero effort to correct their mistakes. We ordered our sushi on Mothers day at 4:38 pm. They said we are a little behind so it will take 40 minutes to complete your order. We said no problem. We arrived at 5:25 pm. We called at 6 times to get thru with them hanging up several times. They finally said they are still running a little behind. We said fine. We also pointed out that they miscalculated the order. At 6 PM still nothing. At 6:15 pm we are way beyond frustrated. The worker walks out and gives another customer his order. We ask why ours is not done. The other customer said he ordered at 5 PM, 22 minutes after we ordered. The worker basically said sorry and they are still working on orders. We asked how much longer. She could not give us assurance and said they are 5 rolls into the 20 roll order. And maybe another 15 minutes. We asked to cancel and void our order. The lady made no effort to rectify thei disaster. We drove from Dearborn and have been long standing customers for the last 10 years. I am tired of excuses of why they couldn't take care of this. Pathetic customer service. Never again. Wasted 3 hours between driving back and forth and waiting. They could have at least offered to give us 20% off our bill or add a few extra rolls...
Read moreThe food was great, loved it. Price was reasonable too. The waiter... most were nice and all, especially the guy was nice and polite but there was this woman today. No smile, just ask what I wanted to eat an brought it. I won't say that's horrible or bad but not the best either. So when the tip came I just did about ten percent without thinking too hard cause the waiter didn't give me a good impression. Yes, now they say fifteen to twenty percent is the right amount but that doesn't mean you have to pay that amount to a waiter you didn't like. So the problem started from there, she brought my check back and basically ordered me to give her more tip. If she asked nicely or at least respectively I probably would have, but that wasn't even close to how you should talk to a customer. So I scribbled out the tip and went out of the store. Then she followed me out all the way to my car with the check and told me I didn't give her a tip. After I refused, she yelled and said she will take it out of my bill next time. I am sure there will be no next time. It might sound like a small issue , and probly is, but it was big enough to change a good meal to a bad memory. I liked the food so it's kind of sad but I do not want to be near her ever again. Hope you have a better time...

My wife and I have been hyping this establishment for years, it was our favorite place to go and provided the best quality to value we'd seen in a sushi restaurant. It seems they've either had a change in ownership or a change in recipes, because we recently ordered from them and there was a significant drop in the quality. We'd hoped it was a one-off but a subsequent order a while later confirmed that whatever had changed was permanent. We've heard the same feedback from other people who eat there, so I don't think it's just us. To be clear this is our entirely subjective opinion, we didn't see a drop in service or any such thing, just a change in flavors that to us was for the worse. A real shame to us but others may still enjoy their food or even find...
