I had a very disappointing experience at K-Bay Lanes. The staff was consistently rude and unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for our group. One employee in particular, a woman at the front desk, frequently raised her voice and excessively used the intercom, making guests feel unwelcome and irritated. She often stared at patrons in a confrontational and controlling manner, adding unnecessary tension and discomfort to the experience.

Additionally, cleanliness was clearly not a priority, making the environment even more uninviting. Another significant concern was their inconsistent pricing policies. Prices seemed arbitrary, with no clear standards posted. It felt as though pricing could change depending on whether or not the staff liked you, which is highly unprofessional and unfair to customers.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend K-Bay Lanes due to poor customer service, uncomfortable atmosphere, lack of cleanliness, and questionable pricing practices. It’s supposed to be by the hour we got shut...

I had a very wonderful experience at K-Bay Lanes. The staff was consistently tentative and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our group. One employee in particular, a woman at the front desk, was wonderful. She was very friendly and super helpful with any questions that we had, making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. She often helped patrons and their families in a professional and kind manner, adding to the experience and easing any tension or discomfort to the experience.

Additionally, cleanliness was a priority, making the environment even more inviting. Another significant appreciation was their pricing and the deliciousness of their food. The older gentlemen was even sweet enough to bring the food out to where we were sitting!

Overall, I would recommend K-Bay Lanes due to wonderful customer service, comfortable atmosphere, cleanliness, and pricing/tasty food. We played two full games and enjoyed every...

I like the convenience of it being on base, but the hours are garbage. Unless you call ahead to reserve for a party they do not open until 5pm on weekdays, even Friday. I expressed my concern with Mike the manager last time I was there. He was able to work with us as I wanted to get my guys there for a team building event on a Friday. I don't recommend ordering an entire pizza while there as it takes a very long time for Papa John's to make it and bring it to the bar, for them to give it out to you. I wish there was another way. The chicken tenders are okay, and the garlic fries are awesome. They do not have a party room or pro shop. Overall, I will not quit going due to these faults, like I said...
