Kailua Shopping Center — Local services in Oʻahu

Shopping center has nice options for shopping and eating. Parking is a bit of a pain, however there's enough room for full-size vehicles. We did have an issue with ProPark. There was a sign about management parking that I didn't notice. Car was sitting running and occupied when a gentleman put a parking violation and was going to tow my car. I have never seen this when a car was running and occupied unless in a fire zone. The guy seemed disappointed he wasn't going to be towing my car. Absolutely love the Tokyo...

A&B needs to evaluate the appearance of the mall instead of increasing rent. Collaboration with shop owners to promote on a quarterly sidewalk sale. Liven up the place, make the mall more inviting, paint, etc. The idea of making money is how you go to market, not just increase rent. Help shop owners make money,and everyone's bottom line...
