The individual I worked with, Daniel, was incredibly kind and helpful. Though we ended up not getting our television repaired (at all), they were incredibly nice and explained the issue as well as providing us a receipt that listed the exact part we would need should we decide to get it repaired elsewhere or attempt to repair it ourselves. They helped me carry the TV into and out of the shop, and gave us very accurate assessment. They require a deposit, but put that deposit toward your repair, should you choose to repair whatever you bring in.
Only downside is it is very hard to find, and the shop itself is quite cramped...
