Starbucks — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Overall I'm not a coffee drinker and I sometimes drink tea - and apparently everyone loves loves loves meeting at Starbucks to chat or have meetings. I for one don't like having meetings here - the atmosphere is just TOO noisy to have a casual conversation. It's not the other people that are noisy, but rather how loud they play the coffee house music. Most starbucks are pretty small inside and blasting the music inside makes it difficult to listen to conversations and also makes it difficult to talk as well. I'm probably too old for this hip spot anyways, the outdoor seating is nice though. When I go to Starbucks I only order 1 of 2 drinks - the Strawberry Acai Refresher for hot days and/or a Hot Chai with Soy Milk and colder days. My two biggest complaints is that the Strawberry Acai always comes with TOO MUCH ice, and my Hot Chai depending on the barista can taste like chai water. • They relocated the ordering menu closer to the entrance for all the other restaurants. This is and already jamming up parking and stopping people from parking anywhere. The other restaurant Owners here should be pissed and rightfully so. I would slap a lawsuit on Starbucks if I were them. They have 8 employees working and it still takes 20 min to get through drive through. Who ever the owner is needs to work on process management.

update COVID long gone, 6 people working inside. Still takes 20 min+ to get through. 1 person doing all the work and 5 looking busy. No sense of urgency. With the demanded pay raise should come the enhanced sense of urgency.

They shut down their store and only leave drive thru open and the lines are horrible. Drive through is slower than molasses. If you get boxed in be prepared for at least 15...

This location ALWAYS messes up on my coffee. I REFUSE to go to this location. Unfortunately, I was running late and had to go to Costco and ended up getting my coffee.

As always, my coffee came out tasting like chemicals. This location ALWAYS manages to put the PUMP HONEY BLEND (WHICH TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS) when I specifically ask for HONEY PACKETS OR AGAVE.

I used to be in contact with the regional manager Stephanie & for YEARS I’ve been trying to contact the manager KEALA but I get no response.

The fact that the Starbucks keep putting the HONEY BLEND in my coffee is unacceptable. Each individual of their staff to taste how the honey blend taste in a hot brewed coffee because I guarantee you that they would not be happy with that.
