I recently visited the At Home store located at 20 O'Fallon Square in O'Fallon, MO, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. At Home offers a wide range of home decor and furnishing products, and this particular location did not disappoint. From the vast selection to the affordable prices, I found everything I needed to spruce up my living space.
At Home truly lives up to its name by providing an extensive range of home decor and furnishing items. From furniture and rugs to wall art and decorative accessories, they have it all. The store offers a variety of styles and themes, catering to different tastes and preferences. Whether you're looking for modern, rustic, or eclectic pieces, you're sure to find something that suits your style.
One of the standout features of At Home is its affordable prices. Compared to other home decor stores, they offer competitive pricing on a wide range of products. You can find budget-friendly options without compromising on quality. The frequent sales and promotions also provide opportunities to snag even better deals.
While the vast selection is a positive aspect, the store layout at times can feel a bit overwhelming. The large size of the store combined with the sheer number of products can make it challenging to navigate and find specific items. Some sections could benefit from clearer organization and signage to make the shopping experience more streamlined.
While the staff at At Home is generally helpful, the level of customer service can be hit or miss. During my visit, I found it difficult to find assistance or ask questions about certain products. More attentive and available staff members would improve the overall customer experience.
At Home in O'Fallon, MO, is a go-to destination for home decor and furnishing needs. With its extensive product range and affordable prices, it offers a great shopping experience for those looking to spruce up their living spaces. While the store layout could be improved for better navigation and the customer service could be more consistent, the overall quality and variety of products make At Home a worthwhile visit. Whether you're looking for small decorative items or larger furniture pieces, this store has something to suit every...
Read moreThe in-store pickup process was not good. The barstools I purchased are nice and seem quality built. It was At Home's customer service that was the problem.
Danyelle was the sales associate who was half heartedly assisting us but was more condescending and rude than helpful.
Finally I'd had enough and said, "Hey, were spending a lot of money here! Is there someone who can just help us?"
Danyelle said she would call for someone with a scanner to be able to make our sale complete so our receipt would be emailed to me.
Then Jared, who had a scanner tried to assist us, he was a nice enough fella but seemed to lack the knowledge of what the information was that we truly needed to have our sale be "complete" so we could finally leave (we'd long since loaded the 3 barstools).
At last a knowledgeable, nice sales lady named Brittany came, scanner in hand, with the skills necessary to complete our sales process and let us finally be on our way!
Thank you, Brittany, you would make an...
Read moreCHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. Every. Single. Time. I come to one of these locations, they try to overcharge me on something. I wish I was exaggerating. Here is my receipt where you can clearly see that they've overcharged me for 3 out of 4 things I purchased. And it's not just O'Fallon. It happens everywhere. Today, I went to the Town and Country location and they did it again. Fortunately, I've learned you have to watch them, so I caught it. Probably not an accident that they make it so difficult to see your items being rung up...that's so shady!!! These are just the photos I happened to take. SEVERAL other instances of discount items being rung up at full price. Make sure to take advantage of the price scanners located throughout the stores....
