The store is great, but the cashier and manager really need to understand how to speak to their customers. I had $30 in Kohl's cash to spend; however, I could not spend the money because I checked out as a guest and didn't have the "barcode and pin." The cashier infirmed me this is why I needed to get the Kohl's credit card. I informed her that I don't need a credit card from Kohls to receive the Kohl's cash, and why was I emailed that I had $30 in cash if I couldn't use it? Then the manager informs me that all I have to do is call the costumer service department to activate my cash. I'm sure I'm not the first person that ever purchased items online. The email should then indicate, you earned the Kohl's cash; however, you can't activate the cash until you waste more or your time contacting customer service during their select hours to explain why you are calling them. Fortunately, I was able to pay for my items without the cash, but not a good experience and they really made me feel like this was my problem, because somehow I didn't follow some undocumented rules. I'm sure if the store makes it hard enough to use the cash, some customers may not think it's worth their time. Note: when I visit the store and purchase an item with cash or another credit card, I receive Kohl's cash directly after the purchase. Too...

If you want quality Business Casual clothes, you're better off going to Macy's if you can afford it and TJ Max if you can't. Kohl's also has a terrible selection of dress shoes - do yourself a favor and go to DSW and get a nice pair. I assembled a superior wardrobe off Amazon for similar prices.
I now only go here for Amazon returns. Kohl's changed the location a few times with little to no signage. Kohl's fails miserably at making the experience convenient as they force you to walk through the entire store to get to the correct return desk. The signage was completely ineffective as it isn't visible upon entering the store or from the regular return counter. Fellow customers are more helpful than store reps when it comes to this. Store reps don't seem to care until try handing them your return.
I've been to other Kohl's stores in the area and this seems to be a normal experience.
I gave a second star because the store is usually very clean.
PS. This may not be a popular opinion but Kohl's cash is a scam to get you back in the store and to spend more than you...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars to this location, I would. This store does not allow split payments at self check out. There is NO signage posted about this. No notification from the employee helping near the self check out. It was not busy, at all. I shopped for over an hour getting items I desperately needed such as shoes to replace my current ones with holes. The associates at this store did not even apologize and made me leave the store without ANY of my merchandise. I only needed to supply $13 to complete the transaction. ABSOLUTE WORST customer service at this location. Also, they said my transaction would be voided within 48 hours on Sunday 01/28/24. I called today 2/2/24 to find out they did not even void the transaction. No apologies, no empathy, no kindness, especially NO customer service available at this location. My card was already charged and I couldn't leave with any, only to find out the transaction was never voided. For all I know the employees could have taken some of my items for themselves without any remorse. It's been 5 business days, that's plenty of patience and understanding on my part, with nothing to show for it. HORRIBLE, go to a different location if you choose to...
