This is more so a review of the Target corporation as a whole, but unfortunately, I am unable leave one for the entire company. Therefore, I want to state that this is NOT in particular of the Oak Creek location. I had an awful experience with Target’s online ordering process. In chronological order; the package was originally supposed to be sent to the Oak Creek store on a Wednesday, then I received an email saying it was delayed between that Thursday and the following Monday, when tracking my order it kept saying “sent to store” (which I know this doesn’t mean shipped but I take that as, the order info was sent to the store), called Oak Creek to check on an estimated arrival time and they had no record of my order, called corporate and they said it was being shipped to the Delafield store, called Delafield and they had no record, called back corporate and they said it was being shipped to Oak Creek, go to Oak Creek and they still have no record of it, call back corporate and they said it should be there on Monday, then Tuesday morning comes and I received an email that Target CANCELLED my order. Just absurd and such an inconvenient process. One of the reasons Target said my order may have been cancelled was because they actually didn’t have the product. How does that make sense? Why give me the ability to order it online if it’s not even available. But then after some complaints made, they were then able to reorder it for me to my house. Hmmm... so now it’s magically available? Needless to say, my girlfriend and I actually had to fight to still get the 25% off sale price that item had at the time I ordered it, AND had to fight for them to waive the shipping fee. Just an unreal and pathetic way of handling the situation on Target’s end. It was almost like they were all hungover or something. I don’t think I will ever order anything online from...

I went back to find the lady that helped me and the girls were telling me yes everything on this rack is 30% off... when I went back to the checkout where I left my clothes I told the lady she said no it's not it's not ringing up... didn't give two craps about me and I said you know what you can keep the stuff she responded no problem you can leave??? I went from two women in the women's department or girls whatever being so kind to always the checkers or cashiers being so rude I will never go back to that Target again!!! Thats not how you treat people. And that lady that was at the self-checkout doesn't belong...
Read moreI left a rug I purchased in my cart. After unloading at home I realized that it was missing and rushed back to the store. I asked the woman bringing in carts if she had seen the rug and she told me she had placed it behind the service counter. I thanked her than asked the female associate working behind the at the counter at 7:30 this evening, if I could have my rug that was placed behind the counter. She told me she needed a receipt to relinquish MY rug to me. Luckily I had the receipt in my car and not in one of the bags that I had already brought home. When I returned she scanned my receipt several times, then finally settled on the rug (marked RUG). She visually matched the product numbers to each other looking back and forth, back and forth. When she was satisfied she handed me MY rug. I thanked her for returning my rug to me. So, I wondering if there’s abonduce of people sitting in the parking lot waiting for the chance to claim rug runners left in haste, or should I play the race card here? Completely and...
