Wow! What an amazing experience. Our children are all grown and live in different states. It’s hard to get them all under one roof at one time. We wanted to create an experience for them to remember. Derek guided the four of us through the preparation with great tips and techniques for making the perfect meal. What an absolutely delightful evening! Intimate setting in Derek's home/kitchen... very welcoming..everything was planned and everyone had a job with clear instructions in the preparation of a magnificent meal! Derek was very personable and made everyone quite comfortable... good music, good wine, good friends, good food... we even got to meet his family! A wonderful and unique night out!
