Never really had to put a bad review on Starbucks, but after the terrible experience I had today I had to do something about it. 1st I order small drinks the kid on the drive tru made them grande I don't know how he heard that. However, I apologized about his mistake and repeated what I wanted. He made me wait the longest for 4 cups of coffee with espresso. I mean the line was around the building. Although, he asked me if I wanted a cup holder at first and I said yes. After he made the drinks and was ready to hand them to me, I asked him if he had a cup holder and he said no. He didn't even want to take the old drink I had in my cup holder to trash it. Claiming the health department rules. Like who are you kidding kid I own a restaurant and I never heard...

The best espresso at this location and have been to a lot of them. Not sure why but it cuts through all the Milk and sugar they put in some of the drinks, has been weak at some of the other locations and sometimes I do not even taste espresso in their lattes....

You want me to take a place I never went. I offered feedback about the inaccuracy about it having a drive thru. It does not have a drive thru so I didn't give them my business. I drove all the way over to this one because it supposedly had...
