I took my son ps4 to bigfoot to fix it, it's not turning On, they said the drive needs to change, OK, the original drive was ONE TB, when i picked it up, my son couldnt download his games he has more than 10 paid expensive games, the cheapest one costs $60, we noticed that the memory not the same, it got full from 2 games, they replaced the drive with less memory, i returned it back the other day, the guy wasnt there, but the person we found he said sorry i will let him know. The guy who owns the shop, I believe his name is Tom, worked on it for a while, but in the end couldn't replace the screen because he couldn't order the parts from Wacom. He didn't charge me a dime. I would have expected to have at least been charged for his time. He's a real stand up guy! The second time I just needed a simple task, replacing my optical drive on my computer which needed a torx screw driver (which I didn't have). He swapped it out quickly on the spot... again, no charge.
