Nail Art — Local services in Oakland

I been here twice and P. and M. took care of me. My manicure and pedicure gel. M. gel lasted 2weeks. and P. gel lasted about a week and a half. I was happy with them until , I went the third time and I had Sam And,Angel. Angel did my gel nails and Sam did my pedicure. Sam had me yelling in pain and he never looked up or said "Oops or "Sorry" . M. Said something to him in her native tongue and he still continued to dig in my cuticles and cause me pain I made the mistake of paying first. I was too tired and not in the mood to complain. I made it through it and figured I just would not go back. Well , my gel nails, started to come off and chip the same day and less than a week they looked like I had them done a month ago. I was debating whether to go in and speak to them, go back and get them redone for free! Or write a review. I hope this helps someone make the right decision to let P or M take care of them if they go ...

I came in for a fill 5/8 at 5:30pm. I woke up at 6am and 2 nails are broke. Service was horrible. Nail Tech ( Possibly Owner) hacked and coughed the whole visit. Nail tech was very rough with hands, when I told her she needed to communicate whe she would be using tools to rip off nails ( I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE USE TOOLS tO PULL NAIL FOR A FILL ) Please note my original set was done by the same technician 4/19.

DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible acrylic quality, terrible service, and the technician made me bleed. There is no evidence of sanitation, and they used an old buffer pad that was threadbare. She also RIPPED the acrylics off with cuticle scissors. No prep, no soak, just RIP. It felt like she was pulling my...
