I agree wish I could say I like this place, I came to this place three times. They had this new girl do a Gel manicure on my nails, about a week ago end up the Gel peel off my nails and usually, my nails last for three weeks. So I called them and this lady answered the phone I told her what happen to my nails she said ok I will get someone to fix them and she schedule me appointment wish it was for today 09/27/24 at 2:30 pm. When I got there the lady was doing my nails was so rude to me she had this nail file that she was using for pushes my cuticles back, she was doing it so hard where it was so painful that I had to tell her are you upset or are you OK and then she tell me you complain I said I complain because my nails wasnāt done right and I paid my money and I have the right to complain and why are You even get upset about that and she said Iām not because this is my last day be here because I have to take care of my aunt wow, feel sorry for Aunt. And when I came there the second time with my mother, which is an elder woman the same lady did my mother pedicure she was even rude to my mother. It was just a crying shame. And my mother looked at me like if I donāt like this place. They are very rude here so when I looked at the lady, how she was being rude to my mother she caught herself and changed her attitude towards my mother and thatās when I realize she donāt have no respect for elderly people. The staff is very impatient, rude and disrespectful and so mean. The while the lady was still working on my nails š¢ this takes the cake and then they start talking their language. Wish I couldnāt understand what they were saying but I guess they talking about me. I felt like that was very rude, as well. On that note I would not recommend nobody to come to this place and especially older people be careful cause they donāt have no respect at this place for nobody. I am now looking for another place that have better quality and better service.
First of all, let me make this clear to you and Iām done replying back to you. I take my mother to get a pedicure once a month. She is 81 years old and you was totally disrespectful to her when she came there the first time which made her feel uncomfortable there and on that note I totally understand that you have to cover up for your actions because you worked there with your family, āIām assumingā and make me look like Iām the one wrong. And I forgot to mention I was scheduled for another appointment October 11 after you fix my nails. The older lady that works there She told me that my appointment was canceled and I asked her why? she said that she was going to call me and have someone that has been there a long time to do my nails I find that very odd to me when she made that statement to me so basically Since I complained about my nails she was trying to say bye- bye to me and my mother. So I took as if she didnāt want me and my mother to come back there. Great! No problem. My advice is to you and the staffs I noticed this place. Itās not the cleanest. So due to the respect for your customers to maintain a clean environment at your shop to prevent any potential issues with your customers because thatās not healthy for them.

The first time it was a great experience, the second time my daughter scheduled an appointment for 3 of us but when we got there she could not seat us together so we left (she said it was because of the holidays) today I decided to try them again hoping for an experience like the first time. The lady that did my nails did an excellent job, but the lady that did my feet did a rush job, she painted my nails without doing the cuticle area of my toes, I brought it to her attention, she said I should make an appointment and I told her you should not take me if you didnāt have enough time. She was finished before the lady that did my nails. There were a lady on the left of me who was there way before me and we were finished at the same time. 1st time there, so when I called no one said that I needed to be specific about whether I wanted a regular or upgraded pedicure. How would I know until i get there?
They appear to overbook regularly and didn't have time to upgrade me to add paraffin, massage, callous removal (what else is considered and expected for a pedicure?) ...Ok...No matter what, type I got, I still should not be walking out with the sides and backs of my heels all ashy. (oh they get rid of the ash with an upgrade that I couldn't get)
Waxing was ok but the hair under my bottom lip was allegedly too short to remove; which was not true, but one of the worse parts about this place is that there is no recourse, no matter what you ask for or say.
I showed her my heels and all I was told is: "Next time Mame, next time") ' Well there certainly WON'T be a next time for me All 5s AREN'T...
