1/5 Stars - Appalling Experience: Avoid This Store at All Costs
I am writing to warn others about the atrocious service I received at this store. The experience was an unmitigated disaster, and I would advise anyone considering visiting this store to think twice.
The store's staff was woefully inadequate, with only one person seemingly doing their job. The rest of the team was more interested in walking around with their iPods than assisting customers. I was forced to wait an outrageous three hours just to purchase a phone, which is unacceptable by any standard.
To make matters worse, the young lady with braids who "assisted" me had a dreadful attitude. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and she spoke to me in a condescending tone, making me feel belittled and disrespected.
It's clear that this store prioritizes everything except customer satisfaction. The staff seems more interested in bullying customers than providing assistance. They also appear to be more focused on overcharging and scamming customers than providing fair and honest service.
I will never set foot in this store again, and I would advise others to take their business elsewhere. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and predatory business practices make it a place to avoid...
Read moreIt took over three hours total across two days to get my new iPhone set up. Verizon was having some sort of outage the first day, so I had to go home and come back the next day to complete the set up.
Royal, the representative who assisted me, was perfectly nice, but it should not have taken so long to get the phone set up. When I tried to purchase a new charger cable for my car, I was told there was only the 6 foot one in stock, which cost more than the one I actually needed. I asked if they would discount the additional $5 since it wasn't the right one. Royal went to the back to speak to someone, and told me that wasn't possible.
After buying a new phone and other add-ons, and spending hours waiting for setup that should have taken an hour or less, to force a customer to spend more money for an item they didn't even want is, to put it mildly, ridiculously poor customer service.
Management should empower employees to consider the big picture and customer satisfaction/goodwill in situations like this. What could have been the opportunity to ensure I'd be back (and share a positive review) instead left me with the feeling that Verizon doesn't want...
Read moreI am a regular customer at this location since 2015. However, in the past I have had some terrible customer service experience with some of the staffs. Specifically with this particular African American Lady who is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. I have never seen such a customer service representative who thinks she owns the place and could even threaten to sue their clients while being asked a basic question (as if that’s not a part of her job) But yesterday, I was assisted by a gentleman named Terry who was extremely professional, polite and approachable. Mind you, he was the only one on the floor and he was swamped with back to back customers. But not even önce he seem to freak out or even complained about anything. He was very patient, knowledgeable, pleasant and welcoming. He stayed until 8:30 to help out with each and every customers and went above and beyond for them. He definitely deserves a raise.
