My only regret is not coming here sooner! I am an early 20’s gen z woman. It is very hard for me to find clothes that are business professional, trendy, and reasonably priced! I thought this place was for “older women only.” So I stayed away. I was wrong! I spent around 90 dollars here on Saturday and got over 10 CLOTHING ITEMS. That is almost unheard of nowadays unless you’re ordering from SHEIN or amazon. Even then the quality of clothes on these websites can be a hit or miss and most of the time it’s a miss.

I did not try on anything in the store. Instead I went home and tried everything on. Everything fit perfectly and felt so soft and comfortable.

I got a pair of Jean shorts for less than 10 dollars that fit like a glove. I was genuinely shocked because I hate buying shorts as they never fit or look right on me. I felt so confident and comfortable in the shorts. I even wore them out that night!

I will def be back. I found my new favorite...

I ❤Catos! Not gonna lie...I go IN for the phenomenal clearance...which they know, cause then I typically go OUT with several/many clearance items & at least one full price item! Lol

Their clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. LOL Smart cookies! ;) You almost feel like a bottle of champagne is going to come out next, and I LOVE that "extra" customer service because in this day & age, it is rare!

Shout out to miss Mary at this specific location! Every Cato I've walked into has been lovely but my oh my she really made this experience special. She worked her butt off the entire time I was there (I like to take my time & touch everything 3 times), she was so bright spirited, and she knows what looks good on various body types! She helped me pick out a last minute outfit for a festival I was attending and truly I felt so beautiful.
