Burger King — Restaurant in Oakville

Hit and miss. I don't really trust this place with my safety. If I have another option, I go somewhere else.

This was my dog's favorite place to get french fries, so I came here a lot in 2021. I took full advantage of available promotions and discounts, which seemed to bother some of the staff. I spent a lot of money there - eating various meals there 3 or more times per week. Despite covid outbreaks, a morning employee (old lady) at the window refused to wear a mask, day after day.

In early 2022, I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, with no mayo on the sandwich. The first 2 sandwiches they gave me had mayo. After 15 minutes of my life expired, I was presented with a 3rd sandwich, that included an unknown fluid that made me feel disgusted and caused me to avoid eating there for over 2 years. My sandwich was absolutely, positively tampered with out of spite. I would have called the police, but my dog had recently died, a life was too much of a struggle for me back then.

I needed food last week, was in the area, and chose to get a Whopper there. I assume all employees from 2021 and early 2022 have churned by now. The sandwich was fine

A lot has changed since 2022. For instance, I am a Google reviewer now, and my reviews have been seen by hundreds of thousands of people. I have previously reviewed several other Burger Kings and many other restaurants - none of which tampered with my food.

The employees of Telegraph Burger King were responsible for the worst fast food dining I have ever experienced. Obviously, I have not...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE. This place is honestly the worst burger king I've ever been to. I went there to get a SIMPLE a Halloween Whopper (double) with jalapenos and a large fry and a large sweet tea . I get my food go home to find a cold regular whopper (single) smothered in mayo with a cold medium fry. So my fiance called up there to complain the manager, he said to put his name on the receipt then bring it up there so they know that he talked to him and they would replace the order. He goes back up there, they replaced the fries and give us a the correct whopper then go back home again to find out the whopper was only a single with no jalapenos. I wouldn't really care about it if I didn't have to pay extra for all of it. I called to complain and the manager sounded irritated, by the end of the phone call I just told the manager we'll just leave it at I'm just not going to come back ever. If you want to go to a good burger king go to the one in the city by crondelet park. I've never got a messed up...

The workers used to be SUPER nice here. The past 5-ish times I've driven through in the past couple months has been the exact opposite... The employees never talk to you like you're a paying customer, they now say "hold on." and "what you want?" in the drive through. They don't respond when you say thank you, they just either stare at you or mumble "yuh." I'm not saying you have to love your job, or even be polite, but not being rude is a pretty low bar. Also, it was the first time I've had bad food from here. The melt had one piece of bread that was soggy and doughy, the other side was an end-piece to the loaf which was hard as rock.
