Great employees here, would have liked to have bought an Indian motorcycle here, trading in a damaged with misc. problems 2018/23 Honda Goldwing trike I bought next door ,Ride Now Powersports Ocala Florida think owed by same company, too much extra on setup, delivery cost, warranty and other things, sorry only gave you a stars for being friendly and trying to work a sale out, because for a motorcycle I bought next door. I couldn't do deal because asking too much in extras and giving way less for my trade in motorcycle only 20,000 for it and them telling me it was worth 58,999 when I bought price was on headlight and a crazy down payment, what if I had agreed to it, they would have been happy and made more money, but I didn't and again they changed numbers for me to reconsider, What's going on this isn't right i just bought !! Way misleading don't you think after buying it and not taking in consideration for what I went threw on motorcycle i was sold next door with problems, and warranty issues, I'm not telling you not to buy here, just be careful at Ride Now Powersport in Ocala Florida, But Indian dealership next door were very nice to me but still owned buy same company and making money is there business they just should take responsibility when they do something wrong as i had proof and I lost money and a waste of time, just remember ride safe and be careful no matter where you ever buy your motorcycle and try to have fun, I sure didn't until I went to another dealership, will give update about problems after I get back in town and emailing back and forth with better business Bureau, sorry about this but sold a bike with problems and warranty recalls they didn't fix and misleading me on motorcycle honda trike and after modification done voiding some warranty issues on...
Read moreBought my bike along with their warranty and service plan because it included pick up and drop off. I’m not local. When my bike was picked up it was clean but when the bike was dropped back off it was completely covered in dust and dirt. Filthy! I wasn’t home when they dropped it or I would have sent it back to the shop. It’s been freezing lately in north Florida so I waited a week to wash it when it warmed up enough. After I got the dirt off I noticed my bike is scratched all to hell. They are trying to blame me saying it happened when I washed the bike. Pictures are from where I left it for them to pick up( clean bike ), pictures I had the service manager send me from when the bike was received ( water spots but not dirty , they put it on a utility trailer in the rain , ghetto) , Then pictures of how filthy my bike was when they dropped it off and the scratches I noticed after cleaning. I’ve been washing and riding motorcycles for 20 years. This one dozens of times and there’s no way in hell I’d be dumb enough to scratch my bike up. I rinsed it for 10 minutes because how dirty it was, and made sure there was no dirt before I put a washing mitt on the bike. It’s obvious they mis handled my bike and want to slither out of responsibility. I would not recommend this business to the people I hate the most. Completely trashed a new $30,000 motorcycle and are trying to say they didn’t do the damage from all the loading unloading strapping down and unstrapping and whatever they did to get my bike so filthy. Trying to say I did it when I washed it. Stay away! Do not trust them with your bike. Non ethical...
Read morePerhaps Sundays are bad days to go here? Not sure, but the management team's game was way off today! I rode 6 hours the other day from Aiken, SC to Jax and now 2.5 hours today to Ocala. One would think the team would be properly prepared for my arrival after expressing my desire to purchase the day prior. I was told a particular price on the '23 Chieftain Elite and of course that was not the price quoted upon dealing with management. Regardless of the difference in price, the management team needs training on the products they sell. Management does not know the stock options on their higher end trim levels and associate anything beyond base trim as an upgrade part/accessory thus the cost is re-added to the value of the bike; yeah very strange. I am still trying to figure out how management got the figure they did with "upgrades" on the Elite when nothing was added beyond stock at the plant or at the dealership. Also, out of state buyers have a difference in taxes to be paid. With trading in a vehicle. Taxes are mostly, if not fully, removed from the deal; depending on the type of taxes associated with registering state laws.
Costing me 7 hours of my life and $20 in fuel is annoying. Having a great sales representative like Mike lose out on a sale because of the management team, really irritates me. Let your sales team close the deal as they know more about the products...
